This is so great, the app keeps track of all my blood sugar. Being border line or diabetes this is a must for anyone.
I try to use the verio as much as I can I've used others and don't care for them as far as keeping information. I like the fact that you can hook a data cable to it and it charges the batteries back up as well as the ability to transfer to my computer is great that it holds as much information as it does and the strips only take like the smallest amount of blood and you're there which is awesome.
This is a very nice unit and system for gaining knowledge about your condition of diabetes and reversing it. I found this helpful in doing so. Options to download, and graphs of progress plus charting of info with averages is worthwhile to stay focused on track to be successful. My only complaint is the price of the test strips. I believe the company would sell more if they would bring the prices down. Overall though it's a great tool.
Easy to use for first time users/testers. Ability to use on your phone with a free APP. Would recommend.
The test strips are different from my old one touch ultra. The new test strips are so sensitive for putting your drop of blood on it , therefore, having to waste more test strips which is the expensive part to buy. The case is poorly designed - not like my old one. Your lancets easily come out because the pouch holding them is not secured so they fall out. The monitor itself is fine just the test strips %26 case is the problem.
The package I received had test strips that expired over a month ago. Not convenient to get to the store, if it was, I would have gone there and not ordered for shipping! Disappointing.
It's a complete system, but didn't realize I would have to pay for glucose strips. I'm living on a limited income.
This machine is terrible. It won't take a reading. I went through all the test strips in a day trying to get a reading. I was successful twice. It has several different errors, or it wont acknowledge there's blood on the strip, or it will say testing and then just turn off. It's not reliable at all.
I was excited to try this new tester replacing my One touch. took me four strips just to get a reading. lot more blood is needed to saturate across the test strip edge.
I purchase a a wrong one touch verio machine and my mom had change of mind so I paid for it and went to customer service to get refund at the store only bought a few seconds ago and they will not let me return nor credit and now I'm at a lost of $30.00 the manager didn't even bother to hear me or understand the error I did …no respect for a customer
