I have used these every night for years as I'm such a light sleeper. They're the BEST!!
These go a long way, as one, for me, when divided in half, is just right for both ears.
These earplugs are effective for mitigating low levels of noise while I'm trying to sleep. I appreciate that they are reusable. I also find them comfortable for my ears; they have never caused me pain or other issues.
