I take 3-4 a day to stay regular. These are helpful for consistency. Takes several days to start off, and i recommend taking them every day and not deviating for best results.
Daily gummies. Will take from here on out.
I like it, it's actually been making me go to the bathroom daily, which is what I want because I usually can go a whole week without going to the bathroom
The gummies have only recently become a part of my daily regimen per doctor's instructions. I needed to add more fiber in my diet beyond what I was getting from natural sources. My weight fluctuates too much to determine if the gummies are also working on weight management.
I can't have fiber because of my GI diseases. i tried it anyway. I shouldn't have. But my husband is talking it and he loves it!! great if you can take fiber
I'm giving three stars bc they taste great, but for the results……they only cause abdomen extension for me! :( Per my gastroenterologist, “increase fiber” I tried and causes discomfort nor did these yummy gummies subside my appetite. Wish I could be more positive!
Delivery driver did not pay attention to my sign in the front window next to the door saying to leave deliveries at the carport door, there is a red arrow pointing towards the door. He or she did NOT pay attention to the sign! Not good!! There is a reason that we don't use that door
The worst bloating and gas within 3 hours of taking them and it lasted for hours! The gas was painful and my stomach made the worst noises. I tried for a full week and ultimately had to throw them away. They didn't provide any extra fiber relief, just bloating and excessive gas. I'm sticking to Psyllium Husk.
