I have always been skeptical about purchasing fiber products but this product caught my attention as I am seeking to improve my overall and digestive health. I was drawn by the flavor immediately as I could not taste the product as being over sweet. The right amount of sugar was added not too much not too little. I am excited to see how well this improves my digestion and how regularly I use the bathroom. I will say my favorite part was that the package included all berry flavors and no orange or lemon, glad for that as I am not a fan of those flavors. Thank you.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I received and tried the Fiber Choice Prebiotic Fiber Supplement Fruity Bites. They are a mixed berry flavor. An adult is allowed to chew 2 gummies up to 4 times a day, but I only tried two for this review. The container had a darker color gummy and a lighter color gummy. I thought due to the color variation, they'd have two different flavors, but they taste the same to me. Ingredients state it's a Mixed Berry and Strawberry flavor. There really isn't a lot of flavor to them either, so it doesn't shock you with a tart flavor like some chewable vitamins do. I'm one who likes a little flavor, so I was a bit disappointed in that. They are a good size, easy to chew come with 90 gummies and have a screw top lid. I like that they have very little carbs and sugar especially since I'm trying to cut back on carbs. Overall I like these gummies and hope over time they'll keep me regular. I have tried other types of fiber supplements, but they made me feel bad, so I stopped using them. These are natural and allow you to take as much or little as you need, so they should be much better than other fiber supplements.

The product has very little added sugar and 2 gummies make up 11% of the daily recommended dose (you can take up to 8 per day). I did not experience any discomfort using the product at the lowest dose, and at that pace, I will have the bottle for over a month, so it seems affordable.
