I began using Neuropaway after hearing my chiropractor say he uses the product. He uses it for neuropathy that is resulting from an old sports injury. I use is it for my diabetic neuropathy. We are both pleased with the results.
I am having less symptoms with this product especially at night when my nerves really start in. Neuropathy is very painfull and not a lot of options, this product does help, try it for your self. What do you have too loose, but less pain!
I can't take RX drugs for pain, since I found Neurop-Away I don't have to worry about pain. I take one capsule 3 times a day along with Tylenol one tablet within about 30 minutes I get relief. Best product for pain I 've tried ever!
I like this product. it takes awhile to get into your system, but once it did, I found that it has helped the neuropathy immensely!

This has R-Alpha Lipoic Acid....The R type isthe one proven to work for nerve pain. Nothing can remove nerve pain completely, but this does a much better job than regular Alpha Lipoic Acid. Plus it doesn't make my urine stink like the regular stuff. I noticed an improvment in my feet the first week. It's a little pricey but worth it for reduced pain!
Definitely helped my tingling and numbness in my fingers. Wish they were more affordable so I could take 2 capsules a day
has helppled some. with my other medications. has helped with the stabbing and burning in my leg while i lay down alot.
Have used for 3 days following directions (2 capsules 3x / day) and appears to definitely help. Started reduced dosage (2 capsules 2x / day) and hopefully will continue to help so I can reduce to daily dosage of 1-2 capsules 1x / day
this delivery person did NOT try to deliver. I had two orders delivered from Walmart yesterday that had no issues, and the one that states tried to deliver never was near this address. The home owners were home, as was two construction workers. Driver is not being truthful. Please refund my money on my credit card for one (1) neuropaway supplement.
