An 11oz delicious serving provides you with 30 grams of protein, 150 calories, 7 grams of total carbs, and only 3 grams of sugar. It has a great vanilla flavor and it also goes well in cereal. I like that it has a lot protein because I believe that I fall short in it sometimes. It has a great deal of protein and gave me a filling start for the day . Lots of assorted vitamins , too. It has a decent chocolate flavor that made me want to drink. Tasted natural, not a strong vitamin or chemical flavor. Would recommend for an easy solution for a quick meal at any time. Easy to use container that can be resealed with the screw cap.
I have been using this product for about a year. It was recommended by my doctor because it is good for diabetics. I love the taste, however, I have to be careful because of the milk. I drink it in stages throughout the day and that helps. I would recommend it
