The flavor is not bad when mixing in a blender. I really enjoy making my breakfast drinks with this powder. I mix this with 4-6oz of water and frozen berries and it is so good! For my lunch drink I use same amount of water but adding either strawberries and sugar free Hershey's chocolate syrup or I add sunflower nut butter to the mix for protein. I am eating/drinking as a diabetic who is lactose intolerant so this is my go to for when I NEED to eat but on the go at work.
I love this so much. I bought the chocolate also. I use it in coffee, overnight oats, and smoothies. I am very happy with this product and will buy it again.
I love this shake I've been using since a year now it help lower blood sugar if you drink this it's a game changer my doctor has recommended me this shake and it is the best thing I've have I my diet
I really love Glucerna protein shake, it works really well, I usually take it in the morning, and sometimes the afternoon. Keeps me from being hungry for hours. This is just my personal experience. I love it.
Glucerna Vanilla powder tastes ok, but chocolate powder is %231, and it's in stock approximately 1% of the time. Literally! At all locations available for selection for me.
Products benefits have proven itself to me . If it wasnt for the powder formula i could not afford it in individual units like I enjoyed before price doubled during covid epidemic. But the noticeable health benefits after few weeks of daily use are worth the aggravation of mixing daily.
It's a weak powder taste mixed with water. I tried skim milk and also weak water taste. I suggest sticking with the already made up bottles in the 12 pack in my opinion. The label suggests add to your coffee for a boost, I haven't tried that yet. I tried to blend in blueberries, strawberries, bananas, 2% milk and it's a better taste to me .
I read the reviews, and they were mostly positive, but this stuff is gritty and nasty to me. I used it once and threw the whole container away. I lost $20 on this product. Never again!
I did not notice Sucralose is used in this product. Sucralose is bad for kidney and have many other side effects. With $20/bottle, Abbot should do a better job by replacing this artificial sweetener by other natural sweetener.
One star is not even warranted. Order said it was delivered. I looked all around the house and order was no where to be found. I was home all day waiting for for it. No knock at the door, no ringing of the ring doorbell, nothing.
