I love this product. It's heavier than drops, more comfortable for me and not so heavy that my natural tears can't dilute the ointment.
The best you can buy at a fair price.
i use this product several times a day for dry eyes. it is so gentle and effective. i always order a double pack through walmart.

Packaging was poor, boxes were smashed but contents were fine.
