Thank you I have to order these eye drops to keep my eyes in great condition, had new lenses put in on my eyes several years ago and these are the drops that are recommended, great price!!
Been using this product as well as the "non-Advanced" formulation of the same product for many years. It is more expensive and the reason is hydration longevity. This product just lasts longer. The Refresh product line works better for me than Systane and others.
My opthalmologist recommended this. It's less expensive than another name brand, and really refreshes my dry eyes. I wish that coupons would be inserted in the box.
When the eye doctor explained what was causing the pain in my eyes and told me my options. I chose Refresh eye drops. I have never had the pain again. I am going for cataract surgery next week. I have to start with the Refresh drops. Wait 5 minutes then use the other drops 4 x a day, then 3x then 2x then once a day. In May it is a repeat for the other eye. Without a doubt, Refresh is a great product
I've used these drops for several years that were recommended by my optometrists at the time. They've worked well for me.
The eye drops arrived without the box and there was no expiration date on the bottles. Won't order from this company again.
The eye drops are expired, and the other one the expiration date was erased .. plus the eye drops missing the box . Totally different like a picture that the vendor was offering
Not in box as shown and does not say Optive advanced lubricant drops. Afraid to use especially with all of the eye drop problems in the media. Waste of money....threw them out!
The product was fine. I'm unhappy with the extra charge of $6.99 for minimum order fee! I had ordered it along with my usual order of $200.00, and it was shipped later. I would think it would be included along with my other order! Not happy!
Issue 1: directions clearly state to deliver to the front of the building-package was delivered to rear of building which is the WRONG address. Issue 2: delivered box (8” by 10”) was completely smashed. Product box (3” by 1.5”) was also significantly damaged. How is this even possible if the delivery has any quality care through the process. I have made multiple complaints on packages going to the wrong door/apartment-the delivery notes even specify where packages are to be delivered. I even had an argument with a driver about it, pointing out the address numbers and he refused to deliver to the correct address. Beyond unacceptable. I've had packages with some damage, but this one was beyond damaged - even having multiple inches of “cushion” around the product package didn't protect the product itself. Also beyond unacceptable. The only upside is the bottles inside the product package were not damaged, which was a total surprise considering how damaged the two boxes were.
