compares to Ensure.

I find this Equate chocolate a very acceptable substitute for either Ensure chocolate or vanilla. I find no watery consistency nor any undertaste. I can purchase it with an insurance benefit and get many more bottles for the money. I believe it is also very comfortable to Boost.

Good

It's perfectly fine. I drink it every day. I suggest using it with almond or soy milk because it has more calories than the premixed. You have to count the calories/carbs of the milk you add. I wish they would get the bottles back. I miss them.

LOVE THE PROTEIN

I bought these to fill in before dinner time. They are as good ad Glucerna, or Boost and satisfies me until I can eat dinner. I am a diabetic and love the protein count and the low sugar count of these shakes. . They are as good as the popular brand and work just fine for me. I can even take one in my purse when I go out just in case my sugar decided to drop. I was so happy to find them and that they are a Walmart brand. They are just as good as the national advertised one and a bit cheaper too.

Since paying 12 dollars a month

When I used Walmart app before getting W by the month,I would receive my equate 9g protein drinks and ice mocha coffee. There always out of my stuff. Thinking of canceling then I have to adjust tip which isn't fair to delivery guy ,gal.I go to Wal-Mart and buy my items they say are not available. When shopping on Amazon I get what I pay for not a subsistitute.And I want a receipt- what I never received.,will check bank statement.

Good product, bad packaging

Good product, bad packaging. Every time I order this, the box is beat to pieces, and the box of meal replacements are usually shipped inside another box on past orders. Even then the original packaging on this product busts open and all the bottles are rolling freely amongst the shipping box. This time it was just shipped with the original packaging taped up no shipping box, but by the time it gets to me it is also busting at the seams and about to lose the bottles inside.

Very dissatisfied with open box of equate shakes.

I always but this on line I have cancer and can't drive chemo makes me I can't eat alot of times so I always drink these equate shakes.I was very disappointed when I opened the big box and the equate box was bustedthey were rolling all over the place in the big box im dissatisfied with this It never happened before

Service drivers required to use google translate!!

Every single one of your services drivers should be mandated to use free Google translate, two nights ago I placed an online that was a lot of money. I started tracking and I'm outside. Noticed that he's four minutes away so I start looking around Less than two minutes, I get a notification saying that my order was attempted unsuccessfully so immediately I go to my drivers info and call no answer so then I text pretty much begging him to turn around I can guide him in. he made no attempt whatsoever to even do the bare minimum, so then of course I reach out to the store and wait probably for a good 20 minutes before I'm able to talk to someone in order to get my families groceries returned that evening. Guaranteed that would happen. All I would have to do is make a quick call to support. They will get it all straightened out for you. You'll get your groceries tonight . over an hour 40 minutes with an agent who offered me nothing and really was miserable then her manager offered me bare minimum because I was led to believe I was going to get my groceries that night no matter what. So I thought I should be compensated for my inconvenience that should of never happened. If service drivers were required to use a translator to communicate %26 work with the public and this case your customers that you don't seem to either. Dang I almost forgot the most important part when they were finally delivered I did not receive receive half of my order that I ordered three days ago and paid for not this matters at all he did drop. It looks like my bags so things were laying on the ground didn't bother to even put them back inside. I had to find somewhere to rant don't know who will read this at this point I don't eveneven care. anymore . I will be reaching out to someone on Monday

Several Bad Batches!

I have these on subscription for my 90 year old mother - We keep getting batches that no matter how much you shake them, the chocolate will not come off the lid or the bottom of the drink bottle. I let 2 batches go and just had her toss them as it's too hard to get her to keep them, bag them, and get them back to the store...but they are too expensive to keep doing this and throw my money away! I just got customer service to ship a box as a replacement, but fear it will be the same situation - UGH! Either they are getting too hot at a warehouse, or they are having production issues that need to be addressed. I hate to spend more and go back to Ensure, but may have to based on this issue not being fixed! Double UGH! PLEASE FIX THIS PRODUCT!

i am very disappointed with the package. i order the same each month and for some reason whom ever got the packages and order together did NOT PUT THE EQUATE 24 NUTRITIONAL SHAKES IN A BOX SO THE TOP OF THE BOX UT CAME IN WAS TROWN ALWAYS PLEASE PUT ALL MY ORDERS IN A BOX
