Excellent way to Jumpstart a weightloss journey! Great selection to try out the shakes, meal replacement bars and shakes, and the "snacks" or craving busters as I like to think of them... they were crucial and helped me stay on track! In less than 2 weeks, I am just over 8 pounds down! My only(nonfavorable) criticism is that the powder shakes do not satisfy me as I have weird texture aversion and I can't seem to blend it to a texture that doesn't seem... slimy for lack of a better word. Awesome value and assortment! Great job, Slim Fast!
I purchased two start up kits, one for my daught-in-law and one for me. We are hoping we can loose some weight and inches. I have be on it for 5 days and I lost 3 pounds and 1 1/2 inches off my waist. The start up kit seems to have a good variety of shakes bars and snacks.
I would have given the starter kit a 5 star rating, but the High Protein Creamy Chocolate shake was horrible, all four went in the trash. I enjoyed the other shakes and snacks I received. Will not do a starter kit again, will purchase products that I want from the store.
These were a complete turn off. I have tasted diabetic chocolate that tastes better than this and they are so dry it was making me thirst! Not worth ten dollars because they are not satisfying at all.
The only shakes that were palatable were the shakes that come in a 4 pack. The rest of the shake products had such a bad aftertaste we threw them all away. The snacks definitely leave lots to be desired as well. The chocolate mint cups were pretty good and my dad can tolerate the peanut butter ones but the cheesy cracker ones were also disgusting. I would never purchase another slimfast product, unless they sell the 4 pack shakes in larger packages. Otherwise it's completely cost ineffective.
These were expired in August and I received them in October. Shame on you Walmart

I bought several boxes, and wasted quite a bit of money. Almost every single package had to be thrown away because they were opened and nibbled on. Left behind on the inside of the open ends were what appeared to be dried liquid stains. It appears that some type of critter ate to his hearts content leaving behind his urine? Never again will I buy this product. Would give it 0 stars but at least 1 is required.
