First let me say I am disappointed it is no longer in stores near me. I traveled to several stores when it was no longer in the Walmart close to me, and bought several. Just recently ordered a few online, this alone should tell you how great this Walmart Equate product is. I'm almost 60 and was beginning to get very bad dark circles under my eyes and the fine lines were becoming deep creases. I had tried several product prior to deciding to give this a shot. Olay, did nothing after several months Roc, was to harsh causing severe burning and redness. But the Equate Eye Wrinkle Concentrate, I began to see results in a week. Dark circles were already beginning to fade away. Within a month the deep creases under the eyes were barely noticeable. Within six month I no longer had deep creasing, fine lines or dark circles around my eyes period. I also used on the furrow lines I had between the brows and it took care of those as well. Even before they dropped the price this product was worth it. Just hoping the price drop doesn't mean their discontinuing, because I wouldn't know what to do without it. One last thing it only takes a tiny bit, in other words a little goes a long way. You should use a sunscreen when going out in the sun, as with any facial product for wrinkles, or wear sunglasses which is what I chose to do. I assume it went to online sales only because they didn't sell a lot in stores, but had they advertised and let people know it was compared to Strivectin-SD sales would have gone through the roof. Walmart did the same thing to their Equate Neck Tightening Cream, it was compared to Strivectin-TL. That to was darn near a miracle product, being able to use on chest, arms as well as entire face, it really did sculpt and firm and tightening wherever used. They say it's out of stock but it's been 5 or 6 months since it has been available online.
Helps minimize lines around the eyes.
I've known about Strivectin (brand name) for a while, but it was too expensive @ Costco (I think close to $100). I used up my entire Equate equivalent and was VERY satisfied. Unfortunate that they don't carry the product at my local store, but I'm glad that Walmart at least still carries it! Initially because I couldn't find it at my local Walmart anymore I thought they discontinued it and I went online to find a similar product and was directed to Walgreens' brand. But since I found what I wanted at Walmart.com I never tried this Walgreen product.
I have been using the product for a few weeks and am very pleased with it. I will continue to buy it. Thanks.
This is a wonderful product, noticed my fine lines around eyes were stating to go away after a week. Works great on the lines above lips also.
Highly suggest trying it for yourself.
I have used Strivectin on and off for years but haven't been able to afford it for a while. Was very excited to find the Equate version. Been using it for a couple of month and I love it. This is one of my favorite products. Hope they keep this product!
Works like a charm for puffiness and wrinkles!
I have those allergic shiners: dark puffy eye bags. After 2 weeks of using this product, the dark color has faded significantly. The puffiness has reduced a little bit, not as noticeably as the dark color. But I don't expect the puffiness to disappear while the my hay fever is still going on. Overall, I'm happy with the product. Good results at a fraction of the cost.
I purchased the more expensive version of this creme. It actually works really well but it takes about 3-6 months to see good results. For the price you can't beat it. I can't say that it works just fine just yet, i been using it for a week now. But if the formula is the same as the $80-$100 counter part, then this creme is well worth it.
