It's worked perfectly every since we brought it home. The set was easy. All we had to do is plug it in. US Cellular did all the set up at the store. It's nice to have wifi again.
Easy to use and great connection since we've purchased it! :)
This router is awesome. Just take it out of the box and put the SIM card in and set it up through the mobile app and everything just works. It has the option to turn on a guest network for visitors which I love. Solid performance at a great price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I try the Orbi 4G LTE Router, this product is easy to set up , highly effective wireless service without interruptions. This product is attractive with a sleek design that takes up very little space. Orbi has great features works with a Sims card, covers 2000 sq feet area, and is compatible with Alexa or Google Assist etc.
The LBR20 works great. The app makes it easy to see data usage and devices on the network. The speed test is handy as well. It's sleek design is barely noticeable in the room. The 4G LTE signal is much faster than I could get with DSL where I live.
I am enjoying my internet with Orbi 4G LTE. It was easy to seer up as soon as I was able to reach customer service. It's small cute and does the job
Not happy. We were told there were no data caps for this. I cancelled the internet on Sunday. We have an online business on this will not work for us. We stream everything. We have 2 laptops, 3 cell phones and I have an iPad also for my part time job along with a cell phone. We also have a Nintendo switch lite along with 2- 2 ds's that we have.
We are unable to have a continuous signal. It cuts out in the middle of working on the computer and TV. We find it to be way to expensive for the long haul and we will be returning the equipment at the end of the month.
This is pretty bad! I have moved to a new place, and have terrible cellular signal, one or two bars. I just checked using Speed Test and got .81 mbps download and .86 mbps upload speed. Not real good for streaming movies etc. I got a new vudeo doorbell and it doestn't work very well because of slow network speed. I guess I need to look for better wifi, maybe mediacom again. Really disapointed!
Signal is terrible, hsd speed is terrible. Barely pulls 3mbps when running a speed test. Streaming is abysmal. No external antenna is offered, which should be offered as standard when using this as a stand alone hsd service. I got the unlimited service and not worth 70.00 a month at all. I have 2 us cellular phones and when the wifi won't work we switch off the wifi and then the lte works just fine. So trying to save data during the month is pointless. Which is odd our phones will work fine on the lte but your orbi does not.
