This product is one of my absolute favorites for my sensitive, dehydration-prone skin. I noticed an immediate difference after the first use. This product has transformed my bumpy, rough skin into smooth, glowing skin! I don't know what I would do if it were discontinued. :(
I love these pads. I use them at night after my shower. Even after washing my face, I still manage to find deep oils/grime coming off with these pads. They are awesome for preventing blemishes. When I see one coming on, I concentrate more pad "juice" on the area and it helps reduce inflammation/breakout overnight. I think it has lemon and orange oils in it, so if you're sensitive to citrus, you'll want to look elsewhere. Overall, I have been super happy with this and will continue using it nightly. I feel like it has sloughed away a lot of the layers of "aging" in a month's time.
I'm not American, but when I visited the US, I stocked up on four of these. They're not available in my country. I use it only once a day despite the directions on the package. I'm still really happy with the results. The few pimples I get disappear really fast. These pads are not drying like other pads that contain lots of alcohol. They're gentle and I would recommend them to most people. Just use a sunscreen afterwards.
I have been using these pads for nearly a year and I haven't ever had a problem- they have helped dramatically reduce the redness on my cheeks and chin that I honestly thought would never go away. I was beyond disappointed to learn that St. Ives is supposedly discontinuing this product (I am sincerely hoping that this is only a short interruption wherein the company will be RE-BRANDING, as I have had a really hard time finding this product in physical stores.) This has been a game-changing product for me; I recommend them constantly to friends and coworkers and anyone who will listen. St. Ives, please, please, PLEASE do not discontinue this item!
I started using this because is is very HIGHLY recommended by skincareaddiction. My skin is definitely inproving. Please don't discontinue this! Personally, it's gentle enough to make my skin really soft and smooth without irritating it. It WORKS WELL and A LOT of people love it and use it, DON'T DISCONTINUE!!
This product is awesome! It exfoliates gently and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I have sensitive, acne prone skin, and not only did this help reduce the acne, but also the hyper-pigmentation left behind. It is non-irritating, non-drying, and actually left my skin feeling more hydrated than when I don't use it (pre-moisturizer).
I found this product through r/skincareaddiction about 1 year ago and have been stocking up since. This is a great gentle exfoliator that won't leave your skin raw. I use this after washing my face with CeraVe hydrating cleanser and finish up with a strong moisturizer. I love this product and plan on using it for many many years to come!
I truly hope these are not being discontinued and are just being re-branded. These pads are one of the few lactic acid exfoliants you find in stores and they are fantastic. I know st. ives claims they have other exfoliants but they don't, not chemical, and not every one like physical exfoliation. i have been using these for 2 years now regularly, and i really hope that if these are discontinued st. ives will reconsider. There is a huge reddit population that uses and loves these.
Remember to those that speak of a "film" left on the skin...these are AHA pads with Vitamin E as a main ingredient! I can't say enough good things about this product for the price/quality. I am amazed that my face is now an even tone and my pores are practically invisible! I am not quite finished with one jar and use one a day before bedtime. I will continue using this forever because it is OUTSTANDING!
These exfoliating pads are also one of my Holy Grail products - they've worked wonders with smoothing out my skin texture and tone. I'll buy these for life if they're available. These pads have a huge following, especially on websites like Reddit and Instagram. Hopefully St. Ives changes their mind and doesn't discontinue them, there's obviously a market.
