I usually use high end products on my skin but this is now my go-to favorite cleanser. I picked this up without any expectation that it would have a noticeable impact on my skin but it has. Within a couple of days my pores were minimal and looked really clean. I've been using this for over half a year now twice a day as part of my skincare ritual. It helped tremendously to clear up my acne and remove dead skin cells because of the AHA and BHA. Definitely a worth-while product for chemical exfoliation.
I am so happy when I saw that the Clear Pore line got extended and you brought the scrub back as well! I have been using the toner faithfully in the past, but was missing the perfect cleaner to go with it. I still had some minor breakouts prior to using this product. The Acne cleansers were too drying for me and the regular cleansers or deep pore did not do the job either. The toner by itself works great but wasn't enough. This cleanser along with the pore scrub from this line performs better than what I hoped. First of all it smells divine. Nice fresh fragrance. It cleans deeply without overdrying. My pores are shrinking in size and much cleaner since 1 week of use. My skin all over looks smoother, less dull/tired and just radiant! This is the best cleanser you have ever made and PLEASE do never ever discontinue it! This is exactly what adults with sensitive acne prone skin need. I have hardly any breakouts since I started using this and my skin has never looked better. Plus it does not cause my skin to be tight or dry. Other acne cleansers would cause my skin to be overly dry, produce more oil and cause more breakouts and blemishes. This one does the trick! Perfect balance! I found my perfect HG cleanser!
I have really sensitive skin, I also have red blemishes around my nose area and some other parts on my face like my cheeks and this product does it's job. I have been struggling to find a perfect face wash that will help with my pores for the longest time, I fell in love with it just by reading the description. My bottle has lasted me for 4 months, I use it to wash off my make up NEVER USE SOAP, I use it when I feel my skin needs cleansing, and I use it sometimes at night. It hydrates my skin and when I forget to put on moisturizer it doesn't dry out my skin. My pores are also smaller, I can barely tell I have any. I get compliments from others all the time saying I have perfect skin. Use this product, and drink LOTS of water and you should have perfect, healthy looking skin too!
I am 55 years old and still breaking out! I have used the most expensive cleansers and more harsh products that are more for teenage skin. I purchased this cleanser and the matching toner and the products are INCREDIBLE! The only thing is the toner has alcohol, so I only use it in my T-zone. I highly recommend this, my skin is glowing and clean after I use it, not dry and itchy.
I am a 42 year old, African American female with fair skin. During my teen years I didn't have acne, as an adult - different story! While I have a wonderful dermatologist, I have been searching for an over the counter product to maintain my skin. THIS IS IT! My dermatologist has expressed to me that "[he] has a great deal of respect for Neutrogena products" so I decided to search within their product lines. This product not only smells fresh and clean, it's not over-drying and leaves my skin soft. The lovely part is I find that it calms acne and my pores are visibly smaller. Love it! I am a 57 year old african american woman. I bought this product about a month ago after feeling frustrated that my pores seem to be getting larger after age 55. I had tried many expensive products and nothing worked so I figured why not give this a try. I had used Neutrogena products in the past so I was ok with trying it although I didn't really expect it to work, afterall nothing else I tried worked. In 2 days I saw the difference in my skin. Just 2 days!! My pores were smaller and my skin was smoother. I threw out all the other products that I had purchased and I'm sticking with this one! I am so happy to finally find something that works! I hope this product never leave the shelves. It truly works.
Pores are not clogged now that I started using this. I love the way it feels on my face and it gets my face really clean without using makeup remover.
I now use this & the accompanying toner and Love them both. Super cleans my face & tones it, making it less oily than before. Makeup goes on better & lasts longer. Pores look much smaller & my face looks smoother & healthier than ever.
I have been using it for over a year and will continue. Only issue is I cannot find it at any retailer - had to order it directly from you.
When I found out a friend of mine with gorgeous skin uses this wash, I decided to try it. At first I was in love--it smells great, didn't seem too harsh, nice consistency, and seemed to be making my skin softer/smoother and my pores a bit smaller. Within a couple of weeks, however, my skin began to break out like it hadn't in years; all the pores on my chin began to look really congested and angry. It took a while, but after quitting this cleanser, things went back to normal. Like most products, works on some people, but it doesn't work for everyone!! Be especially wary if you have sensitive skin.
