Pleased to see all advertised components were indeed included. The machine runs great and shipping was quick. Instructions were rather simple. No customer service experience needed so far.
Great starter pc. bought this about 5 years ago and it is still running strong.
I'm not going to claim to be an expert at building computers, but this is a great deal for the rate that graphics cards are going right now. The look is sleek, it runs amazing - it's probably going to be my favorite purchase of the next year. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you're looking to upgrade your entire setup.
I got the version with a 1650 GPU, its my first gaming rig, and i wasnt planning on playing anything crazy like Cyberpunk. I very impatiently awaited for this PC to arrive, and it took a while, understandably so, but when it did get here It blew my expectations out of the water, all the components are excellent, the computer runs like a dream, I have had 0 issues, i am extremely happy with my purchase, and will be back again to order a more powerful one in a couple years. I got this PC for my 13th birthday, I am 16 now and it still works like a dream. Can run 99% of games at very high settings without an issue. Only complaints are I had to upgrade the RAM once and I'm thinking of getting another terabyte of storage. But it is totally worth every cent, 9.8/10
I was in the market to build a gaming rig, while researching parts for my build I came across a Skytech Ad. What a blessing it was!! The build I had priced & what Skytech had to offer was not far off my budget. The same day I ordered my Shadow was the same day it shipped! 5 days later I was enjoying the beauty of what this machine has to offer. First impressions, Very clean build cable management is superb, the included keyboard & mouse is on par with regards to my preference, the RGP lighting is mesmerizing on this build, not too little & not over kill. Just the right balance... As far as performance.... mama mia!!! This machine has handled everything I've thrown at it thus far... I played Doom Eternal, C.O.D WWII, Rise of The Tomb Raider with the highest setting and it was still pumping out an average of 140fps with no issues. I highly recommend any of Skytechs prebuilds and especially the Shadow line if you're on a budget. Kudos to Skytech and thank for such an amazing Gaming Rig!! What a great value!!

I don't know much about computers (consider me totally 100% inept), but OOOH,.... I LOVE this PC so much. The keyboard is amazing and perfectly clackity, the mouse is perfect for my hand and I love seeing the lights on the fans. :) It was 100% worth the purchase. Also, I'm finally able to play Roblox. Thank God.
Description said comes with 120mm AIO but mine came with a 240! Also said 16gb ram @3000mhz but mine came with 3200mhz. Not complaining at all. The only downside was they used an oem mobo but thats to be expected from a prebuilt and it doesn't affect the performance much, if at all. There was a couple cables unplugged but nothing that I wasn't able to figure out. PSU could be bigger as well but no complaints yet. Good PC.
It came in an ok condition, had to undo some screws than slide the side plate into where it should be, as well as get a power cord from the support service, but after that all was good! It runs games great and I can have a rather enjoyable experience with this computer.
