I was skeptical about a soft-gel working fast. Gas-X extra strength Soft gel tabs changed my mind. As soon as I start feeling that discomfort and bloated feeling I always go for the liquid because it works a lot faster, this time I took these small gel tabs and it did the job. It works! It's a small pill and easy to swallow. At first it seemed odd to take a pill because of the "healthy food" and then I thought isn't it strange to put inside - for various health reasons - all that food that is so hard for the body to digest (even if you turn it into puree first)?
