my nose gets so stuffy and congested i hate it! ive tried many different nose sprays and this kind works incredible and fast..do not use all the time though it can cause your sinus to become more congested! however i think this is the best nose spray i can breath so much better after using it just one time only..
For severe nasal/sinus congestion (due to pollen, hay fever, etc), this product doesn't take long to clear it up! As long as you know that you don't have sinusitis (in which case you should see a Doctor), this product brings almost immediate relief to recurring sinus pressure and congestion!
I have been using for 4-Way nasal spray for over 20 years. There is a reason, which many people have also stated, it works with few or no side effects. But mainly that it works well. It has been hard to get periodically, and I have already paid scalper prices to get it. I have allergies year round. Also if I use OTC Fluticasone Propionate, Walgreens brand, I need less of 4-Way.

My Equate Fast Acting Nasal Spray was sold out so this is the next best thing for a good nights rest when your nose is all stuffed up. I've tried other nasal sprays that did not have the ingredients in the ones I used and they made me feel miserable at night so this gives me a good chance at a good night sleep from my sinuses.
I purchase this product for my husband and keep it on hand only for emergency purposes. It was something that was recommended by his medical provider. The name brand of this over the counter medication can cost up to three times more when this product works just as well. For the price and the money I save, I would definitely buy this product again as it does the job the doctor requested we get it for.
This product works awesome if you have problems with your nasal membranes swelling and causing breathing problems through your nose due to allergies or leftover from having Covid, which was my problem. It works fast and effectively every time.
Not as pictured on the box in this website. Dispenser is not round, now pointed like the Equate brand, Also now made in Japan and not Canada. I called the manufacture GSK group, they confirmed Q2 of 20201 they changed the bottle and not made in Japan and not Canada. Also added Benzyl Alcohol to the Inactive Ingredients to the box.
This product is NOT original 4WAY nasal spray. It is packaged as 4WAY, but is in EQUATE dispenser. Equate would make the back of my nasal passage raw after use. 4WAY never did that. This product, again although packaged as 4WAY except for the dispenser which is the Equate style, makes my throat and nasal passage raw. Just like Equate used to. Suggest trying another 3rd party provider unless you like paying $7 for Equate.
i received counterfeit product. wrong shape bottle, label was crooked. when using product could tell it wasn't real 4 way nasal spray. says made in Japan. real 4 way is made in canada.
