After 3 days i started noticing a difference no more itching and my toes felt much better i wasnt getting cracked skin inbetween my toes. This did nothing to help my athletes foot. If you don't rub this in good it just sits on your foot really doesn't sink in to help with the problem. You have to wash your hand really well after this. I have used this for 2 weeks straight and it hasn't done nothing for me. My feet look just as bad as the first day that I started using this. Right now it's late at night and I'm about to head back to Walmart to find something else to relieve and I hope fix this problem.
