I took a chance on these after only ever buying the smaller traditional callus cushions and was pleasantly surprised by how much more I like these. They're nice and big, but not too big and give extra padding on the ball of my foot and feels more natural to step on than the smaller ones.
Found this to be a good way to buy groceries so far. Delivery is very quick and do like your substitution options.

I use them for a completely different purpose than what it is intended for. I am a cyclist and from time to time I get ingrown hairs from my bike saddle. In order to be able to ride while without causing more harm, I place one of this rings around the area. It avoids pressure and promotes healing by activating blood flow. Great item
Callus cushions without quality stickem!!! Sad!!! Having Not enough stickem makes them slide off too easily, making them virtually worthless...why bother???
They did not stick very well. Probably would not purchase them again again.
Needs to be more adhesive, slips.
I have a small, painful bunion on the side of my pinky toe. These were way too big and didn't stick well. Just didn't work for me.
