I did not sign up for the Instant Ink program but I love my HP Deskjet 2755e. I was able to connect it via USB after I connected it to WIFI, as the instructions directed. It has never dropped the WIFI signal. I put my WIFI router beside the printer, instead of leaving it on a lower shelf of my computer cart and I also plugged the printer into a wall outlet instead of a power strip. These are 2 suggestions that I found online when I had problems connecting to WIFI. Though HPSmart was easy to use, there was some confusion because I was not familiar with connecting a wireless printer. A little Internet research helped me tremendously, as my info above shows. It wakes immediately from sleep and prints right away. The color is more true-to-hue than my Canons ever were. I did not want a wireless printer. If I had known that the "e" in 2755e meant wireless, I would have bought the 2755. So far, this printer has been working out perfectly and I am happy with my purchase.
I like the printer. Its pretty easy to set up still trying to figure out how to change the font of whatever im printing
This is a great home printer easy to set up. Came boxed up very tightly. Very easy set up go to website. You can work your printer from your phone, tablet,and laptop easy transition. pricing very reasonable for the model. I would definitely recommend this product for ease of set up, Pricing and styling. We mainly use the printer for Color prints and legal documentation. We have been life long HP users because of the quality workmanship and reliability. Is the HP desk jet 2755E all-in-one printer is definitely a quality product. Oh I forgot about the colored cartridges purchasing through website you will find automatic refill option very convenient. If you ever have any issues there is a 1 800 number where you can talk to someone at any time.
I'm a Notary Public and work out of my home and perform notarizations in my foyer. This All in One printer is excellent for receiving documents that are emailed to me along with printing, etc.
The app is easy to set up and so was the printer. The printer is medium sized and weight but still no problem to move.
Loved all the features and would recommend it to everyone of you. And it doesn't take much space.
Ive had several printers over the years, but this one was the easiest to setup. I downloaded the HP app and it guided me through the whole set up. No more guessing if I did it right. Now I can print from ny phone as well. I love this printer!
It is a good printer. A little slow when printing pages and it was very difficult to set up, needs better instructions...but once it was set up, it works good.
Unknown error occurs constantly while printing. After starting a print task, it basically stops working after two or three seconds. The "Resume" light then flashes, after press the "Resume" button, it prints out a blank piece of paper. This whole process needs to be repeated for many times and cost a few minutes until it can finally and magically print out a document. Computers should not be blamed, two different PCs with HP Smart properly installed deliver the same result. When printing via a connection with smart phones, such errors do occur less frequently, but still very annoying.
Terrible delivery. Took tons of photos hoping Walmart will take printer back. DO NOT order something you don't want broken. I hope Walmart refunds my money.
