This Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Naturalista is a great product. It doesn't 'dust' too much like some Eye-Shadows where the powder ends up all over your face when you apply it. The colours are nicely pigmented when applied dry and a little more dramatic when applied with a moist applicator. But what I like most about the Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Naturalista is that the shadow doesn't pool up in your eye-crease halfway through the day. It stayed on pretty much the way I put it on in the morning - perfect. The only thing a bit annoying is Almay's new logo. The A's don't really look like A's no more. But as far as the Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Naturalista goes, the product itself is definitely recommendable and I will buy it again and I will also get myself the other colour variation since this Eye-Shadow stays on so well.
I received the eyeshadow palette through Walmart's spark program. I wanted to try something new and I definitely like this palette. It blends well, long lasting and long lasting. The colors are very pigmented. That could be bad thing for women who are choosing not like that or good for some. The eyeshadow can be used wet or dry too. I chose to use dry since I wasn't sure how to use it wet. I absolutely love the colors in this palette. Very vibrant and beautiful. I wish this palette didn't come partially ruined when I received it cause I know I would've loved this palette even more. Like I said before this was FREE through the spark program. No big deal. I believe this palette will be used quite often since the colors do "Pop".
I LOVE the Almay Palette eye shadow ! It's nine shades of color that can be combined into so many more ! This palette should be a staple in every make up lover's bag. The metallic shades are my favorite ! So much pigment and beautiful color, that lasts all day.There are also matte shades as well for when you just want to have that no make up look. You can easily go for a day or night look with this palette. The applicator has two different kinds of tips one for spreading and blending the other is more for eye lining a straight line. The applicator can be washed with soap and water.
This was a color sample of Almay Eye Shadow Natralista. It was sent with a cover of bubble wrap the lid but some of the colors were knocked out in shipping. I did however manage to fix most of them. These were very delicate and went on very easily. The colors were also appropriate for night time and day time. Whether I was going out to a restaurant or in to the office, this eyeshadow had great color scheme and I really enjoyed the velvet smoothness of the product itself. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family and I already have to some.
This eyeshadow has great color. It goes on your eye very well and the color is pops. I wear this eyeshadow everyday and it stays on without me having to reapply it. I love the eye shadow selections that they put together in this palette. You can mix and match the colors in the palette to have your eye pop with color.
I must say I am very impressed with this product. My wife tried it and she has very sensitive skin. After wearing one day she uses this product exclusively. It agrees with her sensitive skin, looks great and lasts all day. I purchased her wipes to remove this makeup. I love the Lois as it shimmers and shines slightly. Really accents the eyes. Wow!
Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow is a palette of nine different shades of eyeshadow colors. The colors range from a very light cream, almost white, to a very dark brown. This one was #010 Naturalista and contained all neutral tones. They can be blended and layered and combined to get just about any effect you are looking for. The package also states that you can “use wet for more POP!” The look is limitless. I tried the colors dry they worked well and looked nice. I also gave the wet application a try but was unhappy with the look. I can see that it would give a very dramatic look but I don't seem to have the right touch, or maybe enough patience, to get the look right. Mine looked more like finger paint. All in all it's a good product and I'd recommend it.
Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Naturalista is the way to go when looking for an eye shadow palette that has various shades to choose from. Not only do they look good, they stay on pretty well too! I love the “natural” colored tones and this one does not disappoint. It's not a cheap quality color palette, either. I didn't find the brush to be very durable, but as with any eye shadow a different brush can always be used. The price is not bad for nine different shades, either! I took mine with me to work and I guess it got jumbled around with other makeup causing some of them to fall out unfortunately but I would definitely buy a replacement one! I usually buy another brand for about half the price with only three color shades. These are all versatile and can be used for every day use or romantic night out. I give a two thumbs up and five out of five stars!
I have been trying out on the colors on this Almay product for a few days. I really like the way most of the colors have sparkles in them. It just adds that extra pop to the color. This eye shadow made my eyes a little itchy but for the most part I didn't have any problems. The color (darker shades) lasted for a good 5 hours without looking washed out. The lighter shades didn't last half as long but I could still see some glitter on my eye lids after several hours of wearing the product. I had to reapply all of the colors half way through my work day. This product comes with an applicator but I found that part of the product to be cheaply made. It was like trying to use a flimsy Q-tip. Terrible! Thank goodness I love all the colors!
The Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Naturalista provides nine shades that can be applied wet or dry. The dry application gives more of an earthy, natural coverage and the wet application provides a more intense color. This product leaves a long-lasting look, so a quick application in the morning and you are set for the day. I love the color palatte, but was not impressed with the applicators included. One double-ended applicator was included for the nine shades of color. This did not allow for clean application for each shade. I like to apply my eyeshadow with a brush, rather than a sponge tip. I have also applied this shadow with my fingertip. I liked the silky texture of the eye shadow and would recommend this product. However, I would recommend you purchase a higher quality applicator to accompany it.
