I've used this item for a very long time and find that it is very smooth to draw my line eyebrows which I prefer than the thick eyebrows that everyone wears. I prefer this one rather than the pencil one which seems to be rough and scratchy. I just LOVE IT!!!!
I received my pencils less than a week after ordering! I had made many trips to different Walmart's in my area with no luck in finding what I wanted and if I did it was the wrong color! My son was the one who told me to do it online. He works for Sam's Club so I thought why not!? Good Call.
This was my favorite eyeliner for years. Then CVS stopped carrying it. I tried others but did not care for them at all. I finally did a Google search and found the product available on just a few websites. Walmart had the best price and appears to have adequate quantities so I can order again in the future. I find this easier to apply, like the color (I use dark brown sometimes, black at other times). Like the look.
This is the self sharpening eyebrow pencil and I can not find the "Expert Wear Brow and Eyeliner" anywhere in retail stores. When I find it online they are over double the price. So when I found this from Walmart I was delighted and bought 11 of them so I have enough for years and with that amount, they were shipped free !!!!!
Been using this pencil to darken my brows for years as they are thin. I'm not a big make up person but have tried other pencil brands like Sephora and was disappointed by the color and diameter of the pencil (too thin). This is a nice thickness, great color, dark but not jet black which works perfectly to match my hair. Great bang for your buck and the pencil will last for months.
I love this eyebrow pencil because you don't have to sharpen it. I thought you stop selling it because I didn't see it. Glad I found it so I ordered a few.
This is like the eyebrow pencil I bought for years from maybelline. The dark brown pencil swivels out from its' wand and goes on smoothly. Much softer and more accurate than the hard pencils. The cap keeps it protected and the price is economical. I would have given 5 stars if walmart carried a light brown or blonde color in this design.
This is the same eyebrow pencil I have used for years and noticed it was no longer carried in the stores. I was glad I could still find it here, however, the product showing in the picture is NOT the product you will receive. There is NO sharpener at the bottom. As I have been using eye brow powder, rather than the pencil, for the past couple of years, I still like to keep it on hand for touch ups. Thankfully, I kept one of my old sharpeners from one of the old pencils. It is a great product and so sad to see it no longer carried in the stores. Just glad it's still cheap online and I was able to get 4 which should last me a good, long time.
The item shown is the original pencil that came with a built in sharpener. The silver line shown is where the sharpener used to be located. None of the pencils I received had the sharpener. I had also ordered these from Amazon since they are no longer available in the drugstores. Those from Amazon also did not have the sharpener shown. Please talk to maybelline to see what's happening.
The description says there is a removable sharpener. When received there is not a sharpener.
