First of all packaging 10/10 but also works really well!!!
I bought this for my NYX Glitters and I love it so much. It has a cool texture, it has a great consistency, not too thick or cakey,and it's extremely simple to use. It's tacky which is definitely great for a primer. It applies smoothly on the eyes. Ive only used glitter twice and both times I used this product effortlessly. The NYX Glitter primer is a go to,must have. I definitely recommend. Oh and the packaging is outstanding.
It smells gawd awful. I knew as soon as it sounded like pressurized seal being broken or a can of soda being opened upon opening it that it was going to be something I'd probably regret. So of course I brought it up to my nose and immediately regretted every life choice I had made up to that moment. It is rank! So naturally, I am beyond happy. And am strongly looking forward to locking the windows in the truck on our next family trip, and also in the work truck for all the fellers to have the experience of this spray. Although it came close to causing my nose to pack its bags and hitch a ride right of my face to never look back, I am very pleased with my purchase
Bought this stuff to keep glitter on all day and I am sold. I will never use another glitter glue etc. Comfortable to wear all day with little to no fallout. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I've used this product in the past and it is my favorite adhesive for loose glitter. It holds the glitter in place for the duration of a performance or festival and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, but it's not absolutely cemented to my face when it's time to wash it off; I'm not scrubbing over the sink for an hour. It also doesn't have that “rotten egg” smell like cheap adhesives that come with some Halloween glitters, which are usually half dried-up in the bottle. My sample size ran out so I bought 2. If you enjoy using loose glitters in your makeup looks, I definitely recommend this!
I purchased this about a month ago and this has been such a great investment. A small amount goes a long way and I use this on all my clients. It's so much better than using lash glue and the glitter stays put all day. I will definitely buy more of this. I bought this a couple of days AFTER I tried the glitter, without the product the application was horrible fallout everywhere and would never stick where I wanted it to, but would stick everywhere else on my face! After I purchased this, I have never looked back. This primer makes my glitter last all day and night. I work long shifts and I constantly move and sweat and this just doesn't budge! Application is so easy I can create a beautiful shimmery look in under 4 minutes! My only suggestion is to apply the glitter as soon as you spread the primer because the primer has a glue like texture and dries up quickly to lock the glitter in place! Do not hesistate and buy this product if you are going for glitter!!!!!
This primer last all night till I came home and actually used a makeup wipe to take it off. It's comes off easily and it also does its job.
I hadn't worked with glitter much and was nervous because it has the tendency to stick to everything and have too much fall out. This glitter primer does the job. Period. Smooth, satiny application and picks up every piece of glitter. I had an unfortunate incident where I fell asleep with a glittery eye look and when I woke up, my other eyeshadows had worn off, but the glitter was still in place exactly where I had applied it. This primer also works great as a base to enhance the color of the Nyx Pigments. Haven't tried it with lips yet, but for glittery eye looks, I am sold.
I decided to buy a couple different colors of glitter to experiment with and I'm really glad I decided to buy the primer to go with them. Don't know how I could create anything without it!
