Great all natural soap. I use it as body wash, mix it with another all natural hair shampoo, and facial cleaner. I add more scented oil just to make it extra extra fragrant in my shampoo and body wash.
Use it for shampoo. Alittle drying but when applied to skin, leaves it smoothly. Multiuse so you're never really out of anything honestly. Big bottles. Fresh feeling on the scalp and skin like Dr.Bronners. Smells decently nice. Beautiful brown gold color!
Amazing! My boyfriend loves the scent and how easy it is to use when you are super tired. Definitely recommend!
I have "problem skin," and this soap is fantastic and does not exacerbate my condition. The same goes for using it on my scalp. In fact, It appears to help my condition.
This soap is the best. Absolutely changed everything. It's non drying and so versatile. Although it's definitely not a shaving cream lol that I don't buy. Shaving with soap is irritating and I don't recommend that. But it's a body wash, shampoo, baby wash, face wash, and for me most recently a tattoo after care wash. Absolutely perfect. My tattoo doesn't get as dry and itchy with this stuff. It's gentle and effective. It's something I can't not have in my house now. So buy two bottles!!
LOVE this soap. My husband and I have switched to this all-in-one wash. The scent is light, calming, and refreshing. We are now trying the citrus/ginger, another great scent. Great products, I highly recommend for a cleaner, chemical-free alternative.
I'm allergic to sulfates. Such as sodium laureth sulfate, a very common chemical in liquid soaps. I used to use Alaffia Everyday Shea unscented, but can't buy it anymore. I'm finding this black soap acceptable having no sulfates, and if diluted slightly, it can be used in the old shea bottles. I gave it 4 stars because it still has a stronger scent than the shea, which is still my fav. Very pleased with Alaffia products.
Love the smell, but this soap is the most watery consistency I have ever bought. When I hear shea butter I expect something creamy and moisturizing. I have already gone through half the bottle in two weeks due to the consistency and lack of lather.
I just went to stock up on my All-in-one wash and just happened to look at the ingredients. I felt like something was different about it. So I left the bottles in the store. When I got home I noticed I had one bottle with the old ingredients and one with the new. I wonder if this is why my kids have been developing this fine rash on their bodies. They shower in both bathrooms where the respective soaps are kept. So it's difficult to know for sure. Nonetheless, it's very frustrating when companies just change ingredients. You can almost guarantee that they will either sell to a bigger and/or somehow mess up a good thing by changing the original formula that people had come to love. I already pay more for personal hygiene products. I'm now looking for a new cleanser. It's so annoying!
I ordered a 3 pack, received one bottle. Texted customer service and they told me there isn't an option for 3 and there was nothing to be done. Proof that there is a button.
