I've tried many perscriptions from the Dermatologist over the years, they work for a while but then it re-appears. This procuct has a pleasant smell, applies easily, not greasy and has worked well for me. Ecaema tends to itch, the Castor and Shea Spot Cream has totally rid me of this issue, very happy with it and will continue to use when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dry sensitive skin and an olive complexion. Any little blemish turns into a dark spot on me and I also have sun spots and a dark patch from pregnancy. I have tried many products, including some very expensive ones, but nothing worked as quickly or as well as this Castor & Shea Spot Cream. I have been using this twice a day for about 2 months now, only once a day for the first week. I use this all over my face, neck and chest. I wet my hands before putting this on, so a little goes a long way. I have sensitive skin and this has not caused any bad reactions for me. The first week or so I noticed some light flaking skin on my cheeks that I would rub off with a wet washcloth. I just figured that this was the cream exfoliating and renewing. I would put a heavier cream on my cheeks while this was happening. All of my dark spots became lighter very quickly, and even my fine lines on my forehead have minimized. My skin looks more radiant and healthier, not dull anymore. This Spot Cream is more of a lightweight gel lotion than a cream. I love the smell of it, it smells almost minty to me. And I like that it is good natural plant based ingredients that I am putting on my skin.

All summer I struggled with dark spots and I was actually looking for a spot cream, because I hate the unevenness of my skin tone. When I put the castor and shea spot cream on in the mornings, it seems to last all day. It does have a slight sticky feeling to it when applied, but soaks in just fine, leaving my skin soft and smooth. It also smells amazing. A soft mint scent with that shea butter - so refreshing! Overall, it seems to be hydrating my skin well and causing those problem areas to go away for good! I will continue using it.

I appreciate that it is all natural and blended with Shea Butter, castor Oil and Vitamin E. This is great for dry skin and helps reduce inflammation, helps stimulate new skin and protects and smooth skin. This product has No Bad Stuff it is Paraben Free, Polybead Free, and it helps improve scar appearance and helps to remove dead cells, also it is good for any and all skin tones. This cream is nice and smooth and not greasy or sticky feeling and it has a slight peppermint scent to it. This is very easy to use on a clean face you just cover entire affected area with a thin layer of cream 1-3 times a day then gradually increase to 2-3 times a day. I highly recommend giving this a try and another good thing about this little company is the fact that in 2017 they partnered with the nonprofit WATERisLIFE to give a gallon of water to families in need with ever product you purchase.

It only took a day or two and that spot is smooth. This cream is so thick and creamy. I have even tried it on my heels. IT WORKS!! Even my feet are soft and smooth! The cream has a nice light texture, applies easily and absorbs in seconds. It does not leave any residue on has mild castor scent, which does not linger. I have been using the cream on my forehead overnight where I have acne-prone skin, and it helped minimize the appearance of acne over two weeks. I also like that you only need a little but of cream, so the jar will sure last a while. I am happy to see that the ingredients of this product are all natural too.

I've been applying this to my face twice a day for 3 or 4 weeks. It goes on lightly and smoothly. As for helping spots fade, I can't see a difference yet, but will continue using it because I like the way it feels on my skin.

It's very muted so it almost smells stale. Like toothpaste. It's nauseating. It's VERY thin. It is not runny but close to it. For this to be a “spot cream” made from Shea butter I was really surprised. It goes on light and absorbs quickly but to me has a bit of a greasy feeling to it. It expected it to be thick and go on pretty smoothly but that just wasn't the case. This product totally missed the mark.
