Truly all natural, organic and luxurious. It's nice to have a product which moisturizes without harmful chemicals. So many products sneak unnecessary chemicals into moisturizers which is not necessary. My skin is so sensitive and dry this product is wonderful!!!!!
This moisturizer works perfectly. It is a bit greasy initially as is to be expected, but absorbs well. I replaced a different oil based moisturizer I used previously with this brand because my prior brand was greasy, but didn't absorb well. This works well for people with sensitive and dry skin. One comment I read about the product mentioned the scent. They referred to the scent as "medicated", which is somewhat true. Not a bad smell by any means. Certainly not off-putting in a way that would lead me to stop using this product. Also, the price is right. Highly recommended.
I have used a lot of products including prescriptions for psoriasis. This product really helped. Redness and scaly skin is gone.

The BEST whipped Shea butter & coconut oil EVER!!! It is perfectly whipped and so light. I love it and I enjoy applying on my skin. I feel so fancy every time I use it and I know my skin appreciates all the love from it. Thank you Alaffia, I'm glad I discovered your products! This will definitely be my go-to from now onwards. I'm sold!!! :)
Moisturizes the skin like no other. I love the alaffia shea butter passion fruit but in the winter time this whipped version is way easier to put on. It's great for winter dry skin and even sunburns in the summer. I dare say I even put some on my hair to eliminate the frizz.
I love it as a hand cream. It softens my hand that have become rough from so much washing and disinfecting. I wanted to also use it as a body cream, but it was too stiff and paste-like, not what I expected from whipped Shea butter. So I stirred in some olive oil and it glides on nicely and makes my skin soft. But the olive oil leaves my hands oily so I'll stir in coconut oil next time to give it a smother consistency. The lavender sent is a little medicinal to me but it subsides. I love all of Alaffia's products and like to support socially conscious businesses. I will buy this product again and do my thing to my liking. I'm thinking one for the bathroom, one for the kitchen, and one for the bedroom. Thanks Alaffia for making products sourced in Mother Africa available to us here in America. I'm all about a natural lifestyle, from my head to my toes.
I ten seemed old. Was not whipped and has a terrible smell.
This is very gummy and sticky. It's hard to rub in and my dog's loose hairs stick to my skin after applying.
It didn't really come “whipped” When I received this product, it was melted down, wasn't whipped or fluffy, it was just like a container it shea butter except with less in it. Still works but not what I expected. I'd rather just buy the shea butter and whip it myself.
