My little doggie loves this stuff. It keeps her in excellent health. I'd recommend it to anyone with a small, active dog.
My dog loves this food. She is very picky and I never have a problem getting her to eat when I give her the pouches!!!
I have an elderly 5 pound mostly toothless Yorkie who can't eat dry food, and canned food doesn't work for her either. The pouches are perfect. She gets half in the AM and the rest in the PM, and I add in a bit of cooked rice or thawed frozen veggies with some warm water and she slurps it like soup. These 12-packs have a lot of flavors I've never seen on store shelves, and one box features "ground" style, rather than "chunks." They're good for travelling, too. No can opener needed, light weight, very little trash, and the top folds down to eat later if your dog doesn't eat the full pouch. What could be better? If you have a picky eater, this gives you a lot of variety so the dog won't get bored. She loves these LC Pouches and licks the bowl clean every meal. I buy them online from WalMart now (1 of each of the 4 flavor packs), and it's made my life a little easier. My dog loves the taste and I love the convenience and the price and knowing I'm feeding her something made just for little dogs.
The dogs enjoy this more than any other wet food. It's great that there is a variety in each box, 'cause I hate feeding them the same thing every day. I like the pouches better than cans - lighter to carry, I can squeeze out every drop.
Recently my adopted miniature poodle Nicky had to have a lot of teeth removed. I adopted him 4 years ago from a shelter in AZ and his teeth were horrible....had some extracted immediately and most recently some more. He now has 6 teeth (bottom canines and some molars) so he has now switched from dry food to ground food and he absolutely LOVES the Pedigree Little Champions Meaty Ground dinners. He is about 15-16 yrs old and in the morning you'd think I had a puppy.....he gets so excited when he sees the pouch. I hope to have him for as long as possible - I love him so much, and thanks to Pedigree, he has that opportunity to get the nutrition and taste he needs to thrive. Thanks Pedigree!
My Jack Russell Cheswick ONLY eats Pedigree!!! Won't even nibble at Rachel Ray! If the wife is feeding him I think she is cooking beef for me! Smells great!!!!!
Pedigree pouches are ideal for us. Convenient serving for me and an always fresh portion for them. I think they are pricey, but I think just about all food costs more than it needs to.
I didn't taste the dog food but my dog Maggie gobbles it down, it's the only food she'll eat, I sometimes mix it with a little dry food just so she'll have some dry in her system too.
The individual pouches contain better quality and more quantity than the Lil Caesar's we had been buying. It actually smells good enough to eat. I like the fact that you don't see body parts such as veins and tubes in the food. Needless to say, our picky dogs eat it happily.
$10 a box cheaper than "Amazon". However, the boxes they are delivered in are coming apart at the seams ("literally"). The deliverer rang the doorbell and requested to bring it in my home since "the box was coming apart at the seams". Other than "coming apart at the seams", everything else seems to be fine.
