My son loves his mamaroo inserts
So far so good. This was the one item I ordered correctly, and just awaiting our baby's arrival to put into the newborn insert.

This newborn insert makes it easy for your smaller infant to be strapped comfortably into the Mamaroo. Our baby was around 6.5 lbs when we brought him home, so this insert allowed us to use the Mamaroo right off the bat. He absolutely loves his Mamaroo!
My daughter absolutely loves her Mamaroo, but when we first got it, she was far too small and kept sliding down in the seat, no matter how tight the seatbelt was. I found the Newborn Insert, and installed it as soon as it arrived. She’s much more comfortable, and almost instantly settles down whenever I put her in the swing. I’m happy to say that she doesn’t slide down in the seat anymore either, and now we can sit her upright so she can see us walking around downstairs.
My baby was 9lbs 6oz and long. He never really fit this right but it didn't help him in the first 7wks of life. It's very temporary.
The insert that I received was yellowed. It didn't really seem to do much as far as supporting the baby. I think I could have done without.
