I wanted to stop buying the traditional 24 packs of bottled water and switched to the water dispenser instead. It's been great so far, I highly recommend it!
Great price and great water cooler. We love that the big 5 gallon jugs go underneath abd not on top. Our tap water snells and tastes like a pool, so we welcome the fresh tasting water we get.
Working great and easy setup
It does the job and dispenses one cup of hot water every 3 to 4 minutes.
This water cooler dispenser is so loud. It makes more noise than any appliances I have purchased. The one reason I purchased this one was cause of the room temperature water. But instead it has hot water, cold water and cold water.
My last water cooler from Primo lasted 15yrs. I wanted a black one this time. Other then the color this machine is a disappointment. From the very first day the cold water nozzle leaked and continues to do so every time the bottle is getting close to be changed. The hot water output is very slow. I reached out to the manufacturer but got no response. I am going to have to return this item but have to wait until I can get some help since I am disabled. I wish Walmart had a pick up service for deliverd or shipped items.
Hot water feature doesn't work very well and has to heat for several minutes to even partially work and the ice cubes were melty and melted after about an hour. This unit is NOT worth $300. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I would have loved it but it came with dents so its just ok. I have not plugged it in yet. I will update after I plug it in
It seemed it may have been previously purchased and resold to me. The temperatures didn't work at all then a few days later the spigot shut down all together.
I'm sorry I can't leave a good comment about something I never received at home, I had a bad experience with this purchase.
