My husband has snored for years. Awful! In the last few years, I have gained way too much weight and I too now snore. When my complains, I remind him, "What do you think I've been putting up with for the last 4 decades?" Long story short, we now each use a Breathe Right Extra every night. And voila! No snoring! No complaints! No problem! In fact we are so sold on this product that last week we were completely out and made a trek late in the night to a drugstore to buy another box before we hit the hay. P.S. I am very unclear about the difference between "Extra" and the one which had "Four Points." Which one is the strongest with the most pull???
I used to snore almost every night. It bothered me, but bothered my wife a lot more. She'd push me, roll me over, or wake me but stuck with it for years. Breathe Right Extra strip made all the difference immediately. I hardly ever snore now. I sleep better, wake more refreshed, and my loyal spouse enjoys her sleep a lot more than in the past. I told my brother about the strips because I know he's also a snorer. He claims he can now breathe through his nose when he sleeps and is also snoring much less. For something so small, simple and easy to use it is amazing how effective these strips have turned out to be.

I received a sample of the extra breathe right strip and it truly amazed me. I struggle at night with my nose clogging up and having to breathe from my mouth which leaves me with a sore throat the next morning and a restless night. This strip was not uncomfortable as I had expected - it kept my nasal passage from closing in which in return allowed me to breath ALL NIGHT THROUGH MY NOSE - I can't remember the last time I have done this - I can't believe I have never tried this product before. I know I can't cry over spilled milk - but I keep thinking of all the nights I've struggled - I have already purchased a box and will be a dedicated customer - It works ! It really really works!
I used this product when going to bed cause at night my nose always seems to get really stuffy and it causes me to not be able to sleep . When I used this product it did help out a great deal I still had to use my nose spray but I only had to use when spray in each nostril and I was congestion free for the rest of the night which is very unnormal for me so the breathe strip really did help me out a lot and did make a huge difference. It did take a while to get used to the feeling of it being there and also trying to get to go on my nose properly because I do have a nose ring but I think that's the only issue that I had
I am a light snorer... my husband is a light sleeper. I've tried these nasal strips before and they wouldn't stay on my nose... well that was several years so I was hoping maybe they'd improved the stickiness. No they still won't stay on my nose. I do not have oily skin and my nose is not large lol.
I noticed immediately after placing the Breathe Right strip on that it was opening up my air ways. However, after about an hour in bed, I felt the strip start to come undone. The ends started to unstick and it quit working. If they can get the ends to stick as well as the middle, it would be an effective product. My husband tried one too, but it didn't seem to help him much at all. However, it could have been due to he had problems positioning it on at first and I think the putting on and taking off several times caused the adhesive not work as well and thus the product not working for him.
I bought these ones with the expectation that “extra strength” meant they'd work better than the normal ones, which I'd had decent luck with. These don't work at all; I still can't breath through my nose or go a night without snoring. It's like I'm not even wearing one at all.
I just bought this and put it on and instantly the pressure was giving me a headache. This product is a personal torture device. It felt like a nose job without anesthesia. It felt like my septum was breaking. It felt like 100 pounds were being carried on the tip of my nose. It is extremely uncomfortable. I felt relief as soon as I took it off…. But the pain persists. The pressure on my nose is NOT going away. I just want to sleep right now. Please help. I am massaging my nose xoxo.
I have been using Extra Strength Tan Strips successfully for what seems like a decade. The box I recently opened seems to be full of defective product. #1684577 2027-06-30 The white fabric sticks to my skin but the 3 plastic springs pull away from the fabric. Result: I wake up as if I've been wearing a sticky fabric band aid on my nose. No opening of the nasal passage in the morning. I cannot afford to buy product that does not work. This has been changed and it is now a piece of crap. Sad. A good product that got cheapened and made ineffective.
