Bought this for my husband he does not have a hard time swallowing pills like I do . He finished the whole bottle said it felt like he had more energy taking it. He's looking for something that will boost his energy though. This is a really good brand and company though. I would buy this again for him a a multivitamin regimen.
many quality ingredients packed one daily tablet makes better than may other similar supplements for the above 59 age group. the down side of it the size of the tablet.. it's quite big making not easy to swallow... taste is not bad
Quality is excellent (good dose of nutrients, especially B vitamins). I take this plus others, according to famous book "How to Live Longer Feel Better" by (Double Nobel Laureate) Prof. Linus Pauling (1901-1994) Vitamin C, 2000 mg x 3 times a day ; Multivitamin, 2 times a day; B-Complex 100 mg, 2 times a day; Vit B12 1000 mcg ; Vitamin A 25,000 IU; Vitamin E 1000 IU ; Vitamin D3 5000 IU ; Vit B9 - MethylFolate or Folinic Acid or Folic Acid 5000 mcg ; Calcium Citrate 300 mg ; Magnesium Glycinate 300 mg ; Selenium 200 mcg ; Zinc 50 mg ; Iodine 1000 mcg (or use Kelp Seaweed extract - to get total of 1000 mcg Iodine) ; Fish Oil Omega 3 (calculate to get 1000 mg of EPA daily) ; Probiotic, 1 capsule a day ;Coenzyme Q10 , 100 mg ;Vitamin K2 MK-7 300 mcg PS. Also, if you or anyone you know are at risk of heart disease or have heart /cardiovascular problems (blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart-related etc) , please look up "Linus Pauling / Matthias Rath Heart Protocol" with Vitamin C, Lysine, Proline, etc.
I am 70 years of age and I feel I need this 50 plus multi makes up the short fall of what I am missing out on when eating some of our not so nutritious food. And only 1 tablet.
This works for me because I need Iron in my Vitamins. This has potency and I like that it has everything for my needs. The quality of this brand is the best!
looking for a multivitamin to try out as my supplies are getting low. The contents look great and the price for the contents and number of tabs is excellent. The only point to take note is that the tabs are rather large, thus may be a little difficult to swallow. Considering that its made up of many natural ingredients, these tend to be slightly larger. Overall this is a good product and a reasonably good price too.
He like these vitamins and says they are pretty good quality and size is ok to take. He like the ingredients and the stuff not in there too. He's in the 50+ and says they are a good choice for him.

I purchased because I liked the ingredients and the dosage amounts were slightly better than my previous brand. Seems like a good product, a bit early to notice any significant positive effects. Only negative is the size of the capsule is relatively large but I have no problem swallowing. Also like that it is a one per day dosage, some others are not.
