Arrived in great condition. Took maybe an hour and a half to 2 hours with two people. The cage is massive. I did a ton of research, and this seemed to be the best quality, for the best price. Our macaw will be thrilled to call it home.
Excellent cage. This is my second Prevue Empire Cage. I highly recommend this cage. Easy to assemble. I did it all on my own in less than 1.5 hours. Perfect for my double yellow head Amazon and now my African Grey has her own . The price is amazing. I did much research and I couldn't find a better price or free shipping

I bought this cage for my daughter's Toucan and she is very happy with it. And she is very particular when it comes to her Toucan! This cage is larger than all the other cages and was less expensive. I was a bit worried that the bars would not be strong enough for a big bird, but they definitely are.
This is cage is very well built, easy to assemble and most important my bird loves it. Her prior cage was large but this cage is much bigger. She is noticeable happier in the same. She is much more active. Talking and playing all the time. I had read that you should buy the biggest cage you can afford. This is a very large cage and very affordable.
This is the best cage for large birds, better than those $2,000 ones. My umbrella cockatoo loves her cage, she has plenty of space to move around and to play with her toys. Ever since she was moved to this cage she's been much more active than ever before. The cage is BIG, strong and nice looking.
Using with a Moluccan cockatoo. Biggest cage I could afford which should meet our short term needs. As other reviewers have stated, is a bit flimsy unassembled so will need to be careful if moving or while assembling. Overall, though, for the money this cage can't be beat due to its large size! Some bending in shipment but nothing too drastic.
I bought two (2) of these cages the delivery was super quick and the cages assembled with only one problem one door latch does not lock . the cages are nice the material for the wire is thin not at all suitable for a large parrot such as a Macaw or large Cockatoo. I bought the cages for my Eclectus parrots to give them more room and for them its the ideal cage for them
Boxes it came is were not nearly sturdy enough for what is inside. Had to send the first cage back due to damage. I Am pretty sure they sent me something that had been previously returned for the same reasons. Not cool... Bent and crushed (where the tray is supposed to slide in) pieces and paint chipped off all around edges. The boxes (it comes in 2 boxes) themselves were severely damaged with the contents exposed and noticeable damage just by looking at the boxes.. It was very disappointing to have to wait for them to ship another one. The second one they sent was in much better condition however there were still a few bent bars and the paint was scratched off and chipped off in many places which I believe will lead to rusting over time. I feel that the packaging could be improved to keep the chipping and scratching from happening. Customer service was nice and helped by shipping it with rush shipping. Very large cage, great size for my marmoset. Overall I like the product.
I received what was supposed to be a brand new bird cage and not very good brand new condition the cage tray at the bottom looks like it's been run over a couple of times one of the latches with the food cook goes on one side of the cage is not even there I have called the company to request replacement parts and have heard nothing from them I would never buy this bit of a product again from Premier pet or Walmart
