I purchased, this cage after lots of research on what would work well for a Parrotlet. The catch tray for debris is one of my favorite parts, since it illuminates so much of the mess! The large door makes it easy to get my bird into the cage, which was an issue with my previous cage. The pewter color is very pretty, and looks nice in my living room. I would highly recommend this product! It was easy to put together and arrived in great condition.
Perfect size for a cockatiel. Plenty of room for him to climb and play. Side shields keep bird food from getting on my floor. Easy to clean with a slide out bottom drawer. Large stainless steel bowls for food and water are easy to access through side doors.
OMG. What a fantastic cage. It is beautiful Assembled in 30 minutes. My Amazon loves it. Thank you Walmart. You did it again.
I have a single cockatiel and this cage is great for both of us. The cage is a perfect size for a small apartment and cozy enough for him. It can hold several toys without his tail getting damaged by moving around. Cleaning the cage takes very little time. We had to downsize in cage size this was superb product offered.
This makes a nice sized cage for Parrotlets , Parakeets, or Finches. I wouldn't put any larger of a bird in it.
Awesome cage. Super sturdy and high quality. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. My 2 budgies love it and have lots of room to fly from perch to perch. My only complaint is that I wish it came with more than 1 perch. But I was able to cut the perches from the last cage to fit.
I just love the bird cage. It is very sturdy and was very easy to assemble and i love that it is on casters so that i can pull the cage out for cleaning when needed . but the bird seed catcher was not so easy . the holes didnt match up on the final installation . I took it apart to reassemble several times with no luck even following the directions on assembling the seed catcher the holes didnt match to put the final screws on . i decided to keep the cage instead of returning it . that is how much i love the cage itself and the seed catcher is going to become a flower garden pot so i am satisfied with the purchase. My bird which is a parakeet loves the cage has plenty of flying room and is very content in his new home. i would recommend this cage to someone else as maybe they would have better luck with the seed catcher than i did as the cage by itself with out the seed catcher is beautiful
I received the cage on time as promise. The site will not let me upload my damaged picture. The tray was damaged in the box. I want to report it but all I get is the Dam system with to many number to select. I would be nice to talk to a live person. I love the cages and it was easy to put together. The price is great. This is why I gave it two star. The rose cage is beautiful. It sad to received your product damage during transition.
The title sums up part 1... Part 2: Replacement/refund is not possible, b/c customer service says I have to dismantle it, find a box that would fit the pieces, and take it to a mailing facility to return with a pronted label. Unfortunately, that is no option for me. I have spinal issues, and it is too large to fit in my car... plus I had to pay someone to come put it together. Apparently, having it picked up whole is not an option - so a refund or replacement is also out of the question for me. This isnt a cheap cage so this is really disappointing. Final note: had it arrived NEW (as paid/agreed), it would be 5-stars easily... the color is beautiful and worth noting.
The Park Plaza Bird Cage has some attractive attributes, including a range of colors. The bar weight/spacing is suitable for use with budgies. I ordered this cage to give my parakeets a place to stretch their wings. A bright yellow 90-Day Warranty card is included with Pet Prevue products. It instructs customers to reach out to the manufacturer vs. the retailer with any product problems, questions or concerns. Unfortunately, I feel obligated to leave this review as a word of warning that if you are unfortunate enough to require post-sale support, Prevu Pet Products does not have your back. In addition to a very, very stiff hinge that made the door hard to open, the cage I received contained sharp corners on the upper door frame and the top front — areas that should have been safe for my birds to play while outside the cage but were not. I wrote the manufacturer within 48 hours of receipt to inquire about a replacement door panel for my cage. I thought this would be straightforward since all the issues were limited to the one panel/part. But after troubling me to send photos of the issue, the manufacturer, without further explanation, suggested I dissemble the entire cage, repack it and return it — after which they suggested I reorder a new bird cage. I did not find it appropriate to request that I dissemble the entire cage, repack it in a torn carton and attempt to return it at my own time/expense (i.e. back to Square One). In a reply, I pointed out that given the sharp edges and corners, I was afraid to start all over again with a replacement for fear of ending up with new parts problems. Since pet safety is at stake — a risk of cutting a foot while sitting on the door or cage top — I didn't see a reason why Prevue Pet Products would ultimately refuse to honor the warranty. This company not only failed to honor their warranty, they failed to care about the safety of the pets for which their entire business depends.
