My elder aunt was chilly in my home so We used this heater to heat a 12x12 room. Fast heat up.we place it up against a wall and Love the oscillation feature to cast heat in semi circle out direction. Amazingly attractive and well made. She loved it so we purchased a second one for her bathroom. (Instructions do not call for this to be used in bathrooms) her Bathroom is large and the heater is 6feet away from shower. We haven't had any negative issues and the bathroom heats up nicely for her.
Love my little heater, it keeps me so warm, Amazing remote control and it rotates. After you turn it off if you grab it from the top it doesn't even burn you. Don't understand how it works is all I know it does and it does amazing job. I definitely would recommend this for anyone. I do have a small room so I don't know how much it would warm up a larger room but from my room it is amazing. I don't have to keep it on very long before my room is totally warmed up.
Love that this blends in with decor, powerful to warm up my 10x12 kitchen that doesn't have very good insulation, great features
To be clear, this review is for the Lasko Mdl 6405. To clarify some published dimensional discrepancies between this unit and the Mdl 6435 (with remote), the dimensions are the same. 7.25" diameter x 16" tall. The oscillating path, while not stated anywhere, is between 18
I recommend this Hester. Looks really nice n it heats up great. Everyone who sees it loves it.
I just pulled this heater out of the box today. I have one in an earlier series from years ago and it's still working like a champ, so I tried this upgraded model and I can tell that it is an upgraded model! I love the remote. It all seems to be working fine. I'm very happy I got it on sale. I've been wanting another for a while. It looks like part of the furniture.
This heater is wonderful. It heat a room up extremely fast. I purchased one just to test it out. After testing I purchased two more. This heater look decorative in any room. The remote makes it easy to control and allowing you to decide which direction to turn. I will be purchasing one more for my mom.
Love everything about this heater after using it for an entire winter...except for one thing: it has no obvious rear dust filter to vacuum or clean for accumulated dust, unlike most space heaters, and it apparently accumulated a lot of dust somewhere in the interior over time as we used it, which is inaccessible for cleaning. We started to smell the obvious smell of heated dust while using it, which is concerning, even after we cleaned the rear air intake vents that we could see %26 access. If Lasko added a dust filter that could easily be removed, cleaned, and re-mounted this would be a perfect space heater!
I love the small size, design, oscillating, quiet and powerful enough to warm my room. It has a hi low or temperature settings that when reaches it will stop moving and shut off. It also has a timer for 2, 4, or 6 hours. I especially live that it comes with a remote
I have only used the heater a few times. It did not give off much heat, but i tried it again this morning. I just unplugged it, and the prongs burned my hand. A blister is developing on my finger. I fear the heater will start a fire. I will be returning this heater.
