I have natural curly hair and I purchase It's a 10 and freezease from Walmart. I have a Walmart app on my iPhone and I have a long list of clothes I want to buy. I have a Pioneer Woman Kitchen and 2 1/2 baths.
I have always struggled with hair products as they seem to be targeted towards either curly hair or straight hair. I have wavy hair and this is the first product that kept my hair soft to the touch while ensuring frizz control and shine! This is the only product I've used that works for naturally wavy hair!
This gel is perfect for my super curly hair. None of the Walmart retail stores carry the gel, unfortunately, despite carrying the rest of the product line. I'm thankful I could order several from Walmart.com and even have it delivered to our Walmart neighborhood market.
I have used this product for a long time. Note: Though it says "For curly styles" on the tube, I don't have curly hair; I use it to control frizz and give my fine, thin hair some body and shape. It works quite well for these purposes. I used to use another John Frieda styling gel that was not "for curly styles", just for body and controlling frizz, but the manufacturer discontinued it and replaced it with this one. Walmart charges less than anybody for this product, and charges the exact same price for a lot of other John Frieda hair products. A Walmart physical store that I really like carries this product, but it's 14 miles away and the store 3 miles from me won't carry it. So I'm glad there's no problem finding it online!
I've tried it all in my 55 years of life. Hands down this is the only product that consistently works with my hair - this pic taken day two after I slept on it. For 8 hours. My only problem is it's getting harder and harder to find locally in stores. I like the convenience of being able to just pick it up when I need it vs. order online and pay for shipping.
I have naturally wavy/curly hair and I have tried countless products....John Frieda Frizz-Ease Clearly Defined Styling Gel is excellent. Holds without being crunchy and hard...able to manipulate with fingers after it is dry....I highly recommend this product. I stumbled on to this gel by accident while it was on sale...I went back to buy more and it was no longer on the shelf. I bought the last tube on the shelf at my local Walgreens and haven't been able to find it "in" stores any place else.. I had to order it online.
I have exclusively used John Frieda's Clearly Defined Gel for many years. It is an excellent product that keeps my curly hair looking lovely. I have tried many other products but they do not compare in quality.
I bought this online because where I normally buy it was out of stock. I have been using this product for years and I love it. I don't use anything else for my curly hair. A little goes a long way and it keeps the curl intact.
I have been using this for years and now I can't find it in any of the stores! The fact that I can order it from Walmart is great! I would be lost without it. I have a spiral perm and this eliminates any frizzy ends and give me a crisp, stay in curl. It is really amazing! I have tried all the anti-frizz products out there and this is by far, THE BEST!! It lasts a long time and one tube goes a long way!!! My husband loves it as it keeps his hair neat and in place all day even when he wear a hard hat!!
Was unable to try it because of the strong fragrance. A pity, I had been looking forward to trying it.
