This is my third time I've purchased this particular blow dryer over a period of 15 years! I love the retractable cord feature. It's lightweight and comfortable in my hands!

I picked this dryer because I had same one for a number of year and I was very happy with it. I really like the retractable cord and folding handle. The diffuser works well with my hair. It helps lift its volume. Also the air flow is not as strong as others so it doesn't make my hair fly away. I have thick curly hair and this dryer is perfect for me and dries my hair within 15 min. Quick and easy. FYI. the cord is a little stiff at 1st in retracting.
It has good power. Sometimes the cord doesn't fully retract. And it doesn't have a hanging loop.
I used to have this model before and I love it. It worked very good. It has big power ( 2000Watt) and retractable cord. I purchased the new one after the old one stop working. Unfortunately, the retractable function did not work at all and power is not big enough. I have to return it. I missed the old one.
I think the hair dryer is good the retractable cord and folding handle all are great. But the gray buttons to turn on the dryer are way to flat and very hard to move in either directions with the Heat level butting next to it. These need to be improved a lot.
This thing will make you go deaf compared to other blowdryers. The temp selection button and power setting feel like they will break at any moment and are difficult to use. And the retracting cord mechanism stopped working properly after the first week. It's inexpensive, but a bad value.
Too hard to move the buttons! If you switch hot/cold like I do when styling - these buttons don't move!! Returned it
I've had my dryer since 9/17 and its only 11/9 and this dryer handle is already broken. Doesn't hold up. If I could rate this a 0 I would, not to mention 3 things dangerously flew out of it while in use. I do not use the dryer daily and it cant be wear and tear as its brand new. I had my old Revlon dryer for like 8 years before it died. I would not recommend.
