Upon opening any shampoo, conditioner, or soap, I smell it. This was no different, however, it definitely was a pleasant surprise in comparison to many more whiffs before this. I have smelled Original Head and Shoulders and was never thrilled with the scent. I am thankful they chose to give it new and improved scents as I really loved this one. I think I am going to have a new favorite before this bottle is out. Now jump to shower time. I'm a mom, so I don't get a lot of time to myself, so every moment is precious. My showers are my only time I get to be myself, to enjoy the quiet, to indulge, so I normally have the best things in my shower waiting for me. A girl needs pampering, especially one who works 16 hours a day and is on call for 8 (being a stay at home mother). The first lather was perfection, not too much lather and not too little. It smelled heavenly, like a therapeutic walk through an apple orchard. It didn't smell of chemicals like I was expecting. It rinsed clean and didn't feel like it needed a second rinse. My hair, upon drying, was very smooth and easy to manage. It stayed clean for days and seemed to almost limit the production of oil. It could be from introducing my hair to a new shampoo after so long of using my usual, but only time will tell. I love this shampoo. I received this 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner for free for my honest, unbiased review. These thoughts and opinions are totally my own and were in no way influenced from getting this product for free.
I buy a bottle or two of this shampoo every time it has an instant savings with it. I have two teenage girls who love it. They even share with me on occasion.
I think this shampoo has a great smell ... and due to a skin condition, it's also a good body wash. It's a big bottle and lasts a long time. If you're not sure about the smell, you can generally unscrew the cap and smell it at the store without using any product. (At least, Bath and Body Works lets you smell their products using this method.)
I absolutely love H&S. It's perfect for all year around but especially for the summer to help fight off that dry skin you get from the beach or sunburns. It leaves your hair flawless, soft, and smells amazing!

I don’t have dandruff, but I get an itchy scalp from dry skin and have used H&S for years. The pump is really nice to use in the shower and the large size is a great value.
Love the smell only reason I gave it 4 stars because it’s so hard to untangle my hair while using this 2 in 1. I have to conditioner in order to make my hair manageable and easy to detangle.
it hasn't eradicated my daughter's dandruff, but it has reduced the amount of dandruff she has. Sam's price for this shampoo is better than anywhere else.
It works for dandruff and itching but the conditioning part does not work for me. The smell of green apples is wonderful. Because it's still Tangles my here and doesn't condition it I have to use a separate conditioner. I've learned my lesson so next time I'll just buy the shampoo and not that you would want because it is not worth it for me. I already have fine here but my hair still gets a little Tangled and unfortunately this chilling one does not work for me 2 take away a step in the shower.
It's shampoo, what else is there. It's doesn't do what the commercials say it's supposed to do, it's not some kind of medicated prescription or something... It's shampoo. Smells good and cleans the hair. Use it, you'll like it
