Aveeno sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner work really well on my long curly hair. I wanted to try something new and I'm glad I did. The trick to using sulfate-free shampoo is to put a little into an empty shampoo bottle, add a little water, close it and shake. Then when you squirt it all over your head it will lather.
Gentle but Effective, Light and Pleasant The shampoo has a very pleasant, light scent - not too floral for those with sensitivities, but still very nice. It suds up nicely and rinses clean getting even my oily hair squeaky clean without overdrying. I use it in conjunction with the Pure Renewal Conditioner and really like it. The rocker top bottle opens and closes quickly and easily even with wet hands. Overall, this is a really great, gentle but effective shampoo with a light, pleasant scent and I definitely recommend it.
This shampoo makes my hair softer than any I have used before. I also purchase the conditioner to go with, so with the two combine my hair feels softer and shines a whole lot better than most other brands, Two thumbs up
I'm allergic to sulfur and have been using L'oreal sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo was alright. Conditioner didn't want to rinse out good. Gave this a try and love it. Hair is so soft. Had to order it with sight to store because they were always sold out in my local store. Was able to pick it up within a day.
First off we all love Aveeno anything but these are very affordable and great for my hair since they are sulfate free. I have curly hair and since these are all natural and free of sulfates my curls aren't weighed down. Only wish they made a shampoo just for curly hair!!!
I bought this because it is sulfate free but I was afraid it wouldn't lather like the sulfates do. I was wrong. It lathers just fine. Smells great. Does a good job and no sulfates. Makes my scalp feel better.
When i got it, it only has 2/3. The bottle surface was sticky.
The shampoo top came off and saturated the box. Shampoo was all over the other items and leaked out of the box. It smelled really good though.
I absolutely love this for my scalp needs. my low rate is due to wasted effort. the delivered bottle I rec'd was in a clear gallon zip lock bag. the 4inches of sealing tape 3/4 inch wide was taped across the top...but NOT ACROSS THE POUR out OPENING. so there was shampoo in the bag. the concept of adding the tape lost it's mission when it didn't cover the hole to keep liquid inside the bottle, the tape was not to keep the lid on the bottle. but it served no purpose taped incorrectly.
I decided to try this because of the great reviews and the sulfate free option. I have tried this until the bottle ran out and I hate the way my hair feels each time. It feels like it is stripped and becomes very stiff. I hate it. My hair also falls out just the same. I am going back to my old shampoo. I am not buying into this "sulfate free" stuff anymore. Pass.
