I have been using optimum Fortifying Conditioner for years. I have been through a few other products, but i decided to go back since i had a good experience when i went natural before and used this when growing my hair back. I have used this as a deep conditioner ( with plastic cap for 15 minutes) and my hair feels so soft. This goes well with the set. This has always and will be my go to when strengthening my hair when im trying yo repair. With so many "new" hair care options on the market, i felt safe going back to what i know and what my hair is used to. Sticking to this for a while, it has shown results. The reminder is consistency*
