Sally Hansen's advance hard as nails strengthening top coat is a must have amongst their line of nail polishes. I applied two layers of colored nail polish (reviewed in another post) waited for it to dry, I then noticed tiny bubbling in every nail so I applied a 3rd layer of color polish and quickly went in with this strengthening top coat and that immediately seem to replace the bubbling effect with a smooth finish. But then I wanted to see what would happen if I applied another coat bc I usually only apply one layer of top coat and didn't feel completely 100 about the results. What I noticed was that the more layers of this top coat I applied the better it looked and felt on my nails. After 3 layers of color and 3 layers of this top coat; my nails look and feel like it's a gel mani/pedi. I literally feel the layers of this top coat hugging my nails closely and no bubbles! I feel like I just left the nail salon. This top coat is a necessity step in getting the perfect finish. Make sure when you apply the layers of the top coat, that you are sweeping it all the way to the tips of your nails capping your edges to get that rock hard gel feel and look.
After more than 40 years of chewing my nails to the quick, I now have beautiful nails! I've been using it about once a week for 3 months and now I have strong, beautiful nails.
It strengthens my nails and help them grow. It leaves a good shine on the nails and helps with my brittle nails from chipping. The drying time is surprisingly super fast.
This polish when used on damaged natural nails definitely gives you the added protection you need to keep from breaking your nails or if they are so thin they just need a little more structure. It has added nylon retinol as a strengthener to really give you some added protection. The drying time is around 5-10 minutes but it can be applied in multiple coats.
Extra shine, hardens quick, follow the directions and you will have stronger nails. My middle finger on my right hand is always weak and this solved that. It didn't chip between polishes.

This is really good for use on its own or as a base coat. My nails feel stronger when I use it regularly. It leaves a nice gloss on the nails when you wear it on its own.
This top coat is honestly unmatched. It works so well, it keeps my manicure nice for weeks. It really is perfect, and fairly affordable as well. Must have.

Kind of disappointed in this. My nails are very thin and have a tendency to bend. I would imagine a few uses of this would help strengthen them but it only created an easy to peel off polish - opposite of my hopes!
