i have been waxing my own eye brows almost 15 years now and i have tried other brands probably all of them but the Sally Hanson hands down is the one to use!! (ladies here is a tip 😉 always use baby powder on your eye brows and eye area before waxing it protects the skin around ur eye brows and in my opinion is very necessary)
I tried Sally Hanson Hair Remover Wax Strip Kit For Face, Bikini, & Body & was rather impressed with the effectiveness given you only warm up the wax strips between your hands. The packaging is pretty standard, but I really like the fact there's 3 different sizes of wax strips for different areas of the body. My skin was not too happy with the removal, and there's slight redness still after 30 minutes. Even after rubbing the finishing oil on the affected area. Would recommend for anyone who needs a quick wax without a big mess.
I've used this product on and off for at least 10 years. still the same. It gets a 2 out of 5 if you're using it for your face. It doesnt seem to "latch" well and doesnt pull barely any hair. It's also messy and the oil on the face feels sort of gross. however, I mostly buy this for my legs/feet, stomach and hands. As a hairy female with really thick, dark hair, it can be a pain to cut and measure with other strips, these come in varying sizes which are great for toes, around the ankle and below the belly button. It does a good job of removing leg hair but the wax isn't as strong so some of the hair does break off instead of coming out from the root. I usually like to go immediately after with a tweezer to pluck any strays or ingrowns as its the perfect time not to feel the tweeze. Definitely recommend for other body parts, hardly works for the face.
Exactly as the title says: this was a nightmare. I bought these a while ago to try a bikini wax as it labeled. Nothing happened, oh well left the box untouched for a few weeks. Tried to go back yesterday for the face ones to see if I could get rid of some peach fuzz and THIS RIPPED SKIN OFF OF MY FACE. I have never had this happen with any at home wax I've tried before. I have a big angry red mark around my mouth from where it ripped the skin, including some pieces of my lip. Stay away seriously!
I can't understand why anyone is having success with these. I have been doing my own waxing for probably 35 years. These did not work AT ALL. I mean not even a little bit. The most annoying part about them is they come in blocky strips and they're clear so you can't really see anything at all. If using this for the face part of the face that is popular for waxing is also the eyebrows. Now, if you can't see the wax there's no way to avoid laying this right on top the very eyebrow hairs that you probably don't want ripped out. But considering it doesn't do anything at all I think you're pretty safe at not ripping your eyebrows out. I will stick with the microwavable wax that I can actually see where I put it and know that it will work.
I used it yesterday and it burned my face I followed the steps that were on the box and now my face is burned from it will never buy again I don't recommend these if you are a woman with facial hair use the actual wax that comes as beads
I am very sad that I used wax strips. I tried this product hoping to remove the hairs from the area because the hairs darkened it. I should've just returned it after the first failed attempt, but gave it a second chance and it literally scarred me. Now I have a permanent half mustache. It removed skin, but the hairs still remained.
Pathetic product… would suggest not to buy this one. I tried to remove upper lip hair using this wax strip and I got my upper lip skin peeled off leaving a mark.
I really dislike it its sticky and messy doesn't remove hair sticky stuff stays on areas that were used for over 3 days it's like u can't wash it off and I still have close to a box full I will never use again
Like several times before, i was delivered someone else groceries. I'd like to have my own groceries and orders please. Stop bringing me other people's orders and just bring my orders. The picture is of the last wrong order, not my groceries.
