The absolute best sharpener for makeup pencils. Finally one that really works and doesn't shred the pencils to bits and sharp edges!!
Finally I had to say goodbye to my old cosmetic pencil sharpener and hello to my new Relvon Universal Points Sharpener. I love the design of it (compact size with a top that can be lifted to empty the shavings, a safety pick to help clean the blades and the different pencil sizes). More importantly I love that it actually sharpened very well without breaking the pencil. Compared to my old one, the new one is by far the best. In this case, brand does matter in the end.
It's bigger than I anticipated and the cover comes off easily so I definitely wouldn't travel with it but it is functional.
It works as charm and the black color makes looking less messy after use.
After falling in love with the new Covergirl Flamed Out eye pencils, I dicovered that the average sharpener didn't work for them. After searching the web, I came across a tip that said that this sharpener worked well for them, so I bought one & it does the job very well.

i don't know why but this sharpener works so much better than any other I have used. It gets the point much sharper and there is less damage to the pencils. This is the only brand of sharpener that I use now.
