I love this so much better than color oops!!! I've used it twice! Once on dark red hair. Rook every bit of color right out! Next time on BLACK hair I got 4 boxes I expected to have to do it more than once (2 boxes per use. I have thick hair) and it took it all out. I had green hair before the black and it took it ALL out. Only flaws I found are they're small bottles tou need more than one. I have shoulder length hair but very thick hair. And i did bleach my roots both times using it but I noticed most strippers will do that. Regardless of those two flaws I found I absolutely LOVE this color stripper and will continue to use this as long as they're on the shelves. I change my hair ALOT so hopefully it's not going anywhere anytime soon.
I had black hair for about a year. Then I decided I want red hair. I tried previously to dye it red via-salon and resulted in black and red. Through the summer I continued dying my hair red with no successful result. So, I turned to this certain product and it did me wonders! It gives you a complete list on what your result will be. Just be careful not to leave patches, leave it on for too long, or to get it on your natural hair. The best thing about this product is that you can immediately dye your hair the color you want. This product is great. Just be very careful.
False advertisement. Its not a artificial hair color remover. It's bleach! It changed my gray to white. My dyed brown hair is orange and white. It damaged my hair causing hair loss. I read the directions and followed them. Left it on 30 mins as my dyed hair Is medium brown. Will never buy it again! Not happy!
I thought this color was like color oops !!Bleached my hair just wanted to remove red hair, but instead it bleached my hair :/had to dye my hair brown to make my hair not blonde
If I could give no stars I would. I did a Walmart order and actually wanted two boxes of color oops they only had one and substituted for this one. I figured why not. I parted my hair in half did one side color oops and one side L'Oréal Paris color remover. My hair on L'Oréal side immediately got warm and looked as if it was pulling color. But by the end color oops had my hair with the red all pulled out back to blonde and healthy feeling on the other hand the L'Oréal left steaks of red and gave a strawberry blonde tint and also damaged my hair on that side. Never again I will wait very disappointed.
I would give this zero stars if I could. It completely bleached my hair now it's worse than before!!! Do not ever use this. It will destroy you hair!!! Not happy.
In the picture the bundle on the right was used with this vs the one on the left using a different product. Absolutely terrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HORRIBLE! It dried up my hair so fast and my head burned! It says that it got rid of colour from previous hair dying and top of my head is yellow and some spots on my head you see yellow! What am i supposed to do now? I think my hair is damaged

It was extremely liquidy hard to work with, and not only did it take out the dye, but it also took out my natural hair color and turned my hair, white to blonde ratio of both, when my hair is naturally brown I didn't made my hair extremely stiff and nodded to where I had to brush out and took out majority of my hair
