I have used this product ever since it came on the market. the most frustrating thing is where to find it. . I went to where I usually buy it, and it said it was being discontinued. Help!, it is the best thing that I have ever used to add shine and softness. My hair is professionally colored with Loreal Inoa. That by itself is a great thing. Added on top of it with the color shine, my hair is amazing. Strangers have stopped me and asked to touch my hair! I use it every 3 weeks.
Shine gloss is a once a month treatment for me. It gets me through until my next color appointment. My hair feal so silky, some days I don't need my flat iron. I love the conditioner it comes with. My hair has stopped being as tangly. Higyly recomend this product.
I have read some of the other reviews and all I can say is there is no magic wand guys. If you have over processed straw on you head no product will make it perfect again.. you have to grow it out. I have to confess that I do not color my hair at home I have a very talented stylist who takes care of that for me and I use only salon products ( sorry L'oreal) they work better for my baby fine highlighted hair. This product is very good my hair is like a mirror it shines like you would not believe

Im not very happy with this product i bought it to help bring out the shine in my hair i followed the directions and saw no difference. also the conditioner smelt really bad i had to go to the store and buy a new conditioner because i couldnt take the smell. it also was expensive and a complete waist of my time. also it blended the colors in my hair which shouldnt happen.
I usually love L'Oreal color and products. I was REALLY looking forward to adding a clear gloss shine to my hair -- had seen it in a salon and was intrigued by the idea. Unfortunately -- this product was a disappointment. I followed the directions and saw NO DIFFERENCE! Sorry to say this was a waste of money!
I was very disappointed in Shine Gloss. Although, my hair felt nice as I was rinsing it out, I did not see ANY difference in the shine of my hair. I have seen salons do similar treatments with great results, and was hoping to get the same at home, but did not.
I am freaking livid!! I saw this product on the shelf and thought hmm lets see..My hair is black with indigo undertones and I pay quite a bit to have it colored every 3 weeks!! I put this on my hair this morning in hopes of freshining my color a bit. UM it faded my color I have UGLY patches and I think they should not only give me my money back but pay to have my hair colored!!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!
This product was a major disappointment. I use Loreal hair color and often use Loreal shampoos and conditioners. This product was a complete bust. I colored 2 weeks ago. A gloss look would have been great but I was hoping for at least a little shine. I see no change in shine. It might have even stripped a little color. I think it actually looks a little more dull and seems to tangle more easily. I wish I could get my money back.
I wasted good money on this terrible product. I thought I found the answer to my dull hair, but it made my hair even more dull. The Step 3 conditioner was terrible also. It didn't do a thing to my hair. I am so disappointed in this product and will never purchase it again. I will also discourage friends, and maybe even enemies, from using it.
