I bought 4 of these brushes since they were so cheap and seemed to have so many uses. I don't regret it! They are perfect for concealing the handful of scars and dark spots I have on my face, and lining with concealer around the outside of my lower lip which is uneven. Haven't noticed any shedding yet but I've only had them a few weeks
Just let me tell you how much I am IN LOVE with this brush! I read the reviews thoroughly and saw that this is best for contouring and cleaning up brows and lips. Since it's inexpensive I ordered two. They were shaped a little differently in the bristles but made no difference for the use. I agree it's probably too small for concealing but it is so perfect for brows and highlighting lips! I keep one at home and take one with me everywhere
So hear me out. A while ago I bought some Burts Bees cuticle cream. This cream works like a dream, but there's one big problem. It comes in a deep pot and after many uses the product has a big crater in it and it's a hassle to get out without scrapping a huge amount out with my nails. Very frustrating. So when I saw this little guy, I snatched him up with this in mind. Just as I'd hoped, he works PERFECTLY for the job. The brush looks and feels like high quality, the bristles are stiff and compact, and its just the right size for the area I'm working with! Thank you ELF!
I use this brush DAILY sometimes multiple times a day when applying concealer for my brows.
I absoultely love this brush. its tiny great for concealing pimples. i dont think anyone shuld get this if they want bigger coverage. but if u r going to do bigger coverage i recommend using ur fingers first to apply then the brush to blend it. just a tip :-)
I hate how most eyeshadow brushes in the US are too big for my Chinese monolids eyes and they're all made for double eyelid makeup, but these brushes have been my savior! My eyeshadow designs mostly look like just complex, multicolored winged eyeliner that goes all around my eyes, and this brush's shape, stiffness, but soft enough bristles make it perfect for almost all of my eye makeup needs. Another review covered this, but the metal ferrule part of one of my brushes also fell off and I forgot how it happened, but I'm kind of glad it did because it now conveniently fits in one of my eyeshadow palette's brush holders and the bristles are still usable, intact. So that could be a con for most people, good for some like me. I don't think most people like the long handle of this brush anyways. For the price, I also don't think most people would expect this brush to be super long lasting too, but maybe some people would be happier if they made the glue stronger. Also the price is great and these brushes were super beginner friendly for me. I've owned 5 of these brushes and it was easier to convince my parents to buy them for me because of the price :)
at first i thought this brush would be a lot bigger but it does help with applying cream concealer or color corrector under my eye nicely and smoothly. i can also use it to correct liner if it gets a little messy and lip stick. i also use it to blend my fine lines better for powder
Great for creating cut creases and carving out brows because it is super small. I also use it to put a liquid highlighter or powder in my inner corner for a highlight and it works super well for that also. It is named concealer brush so you'd think it was made for blending out the concealer you put all over your face however, it is WAY too small for that. It would take forever and you wouldn't have a nice outcome, so I would suggest that the name is changed to maybe "small concealer brush" or something similar.
It's not bad... a little flimsy, and it could pick up product a little better... but great for [$]
if you bought this brush to use as a concealer brush but you're not too satisfied with it like me, you can try using it as a small eye precision brush or even trim it down to a straighter top and use it as a eyeliner brush for gel liners etc. or using it to highlight your inner corners is okay too.
