This is absolutely my favorite eye liner on the market. I have tried many different brands, from Clinique to Ulta and Revlon, and no eye liner comes close to the quality of this one. It goes on smoothly with no clumping, and lasts all day long. I have recommended this to all my friends. Excellent product!
I have very sensitive eyes and this eyeliner doesn't bother them. Plus, it glides on smoothly and the built-in sharpener is very handy. I just wish I could find the brushed pewter color again; it wasn't too dark (like the black) and not too light (like the chocolate).
This is my new favorite color and brand of eyeliner (Twilight Blue) for brown eyes and also for getting a little bit older. Blue eyeliner makes the whites of your eyes look whiter - and therefore the brown eyes look more captivating. This eyeliner stays on all day (I teach dance - so I sweat a lot!), and it blends to look bluish, purplish, smokey - so you don't have to keep it as sharp lines - you can make it look more natural. It takes a little time to get the eyeliner the way you want it, but it is worth it because it STAYS on.
I've been buying this eyeliner regularly for a couple of years. Please don't stop making it, Neutrogena! It really goes on and stays on well, except it smudges when it gets wet at the outer corners of my eyes. Otherwise, it's the best liner I've used.
After I no longer needed to wear glasses, I decided I needed to add some eyeliner. I wanted to be able to remove it all at the end of each day, and I wanted to smudge it a bit so I didn't have a sharp line. This is the perfect eyeliner for me, meeting all of these needs and coming in a lovely dark blue. Since I'm a blonde with my skin tone, I have a hard time with black, and brown was boring, but the blue turns out to be perfect.
Amazing. This eyeliner goes on well, does smudge quite a bit, you need to carry a hand-mirror around, but does not irritate your eyes at all. Unlike all the eyeliners they've replace this one with.
I've been using Neutrgena's eyeliners for several years now, and think they're the best. They stay smooth - don't tug at your eyelid as you apply. At the same time, they stay put. I rarely have to reapply from day to night. You can get a soft line even without using the smudge tip, so there's not a harsh look.
The cosmic black is very dark, and creates the perfect line with limited texture. Easy to open packaging, and just use a simple makeup removing wipe for easy removal. Great value.
This eyeliner works well for me to achieve a casual, daytime look. It has a slight shimmer that isn't outwardly noticeable. It glides on easily but also can wear off too easily. (I would love to find a liner that doesn't come off on my eyelash curler!)
I have been using the nourishing eye liner for many years. I like the fact that you can control the intensity of color by application. I typically apply it on top of liquid eyeliner to "tone" the look down. It looks creamy and stays put even during the humid days of summer. The spiced chocolate is the perfect color for brown eyes.
