I have used this product for quite a while! It is great, but like others, I have constant problems with the sprayer pump. At first, it does well, but then it gets very difficult to spray it. I highly recommend it, but many times the sprayer made things very difficult. Over all, your products are great!
I've been using this for several months and it is fantastic at eliminating cat box odor. There is only a very slight fragrance scent which I like - does not substitute one odor for another. Yes the spray mechanism has a tendency to stick but that's a small negative compared to how great it works.
I have 5 rescue cats so I am constantly cleaning litter boxes. I have used this product since we stated having rescues. There is never an odor in the house and friends say that you would never know we had any cats - no odor. I buy this by the case. Love it!
This products is great and we use it 2X/day and it works beautifully. With five (5) cats it can be difficult but this makes the litter box smell so much better. Eliminates the odor of feces & urine. Highly recommend.
I have six cats and so I am constantly having to clean their litter boxes. The Fresh Step Litter I use is so expensive that I try to go at least a few days without changing the litter. This Arm & Hammer really works to help deodorize between changes.
This was a great product. I felt like it INSTANTLY deodorized the litter! I will definitely buy more when I run out!!
I have one cat that refuses to use the litter box if one of the others has recently used it. This product eliminates the odor very well. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the scent is a bit strong for my liking. All in all, good product; good price.
This product is very good about controlling odor and neutralizing urine smell, however the downside is the trigger mechanism which hangs up EVERY time it is used from the very first time. Every bottle I have purchased has had this problem. It is frustrating enough that I have purchased competing brands to use. I would only recommend with reservations. Oh, and I have 13 cats.
Like so many other posts, I have had trouble with the sprayer as well. It is a shame because this is a great product. It doesn't make dust like the powder deodorizer, which I think must be healthier for the cats since they aren't breathing the powder into their lungs. Also, I have notices less dust on the furniture in the room where I keep the cat boxes. If they can fix the spray pump problem, they will have a complete winner with this product. Also, I love the scent!!!
very unhappy with this product, it did not work for me, sprayed and sprayed, it did eliminate the odor for an hour or less, but the cats did not take to this product, my cats went outside the litter pan even after I sprayed the litter box,I had to purchase another litter pan because the one cat refused to share even after( spraying the product) with the other cat.
