The price was significantly lower on Walmart than on at any other retailer, and the speaker sounds great. The Google Home app works well, and I haven't had any issues with this speaker.
The sound is amazing, especially for the price. Really like this speaker. Having the full Google assistant is very nice. It's compact but has a big sound. We take it out on the patio with us. Can't leave it out, but it's easy to carry around, plugging it in where you want it.
I purchased multiple speakers and placed them throughout my space. So far, these Nest Audio smart speakers have worked as described. One of the speakers that I purchased was a bit of a challenge connecting to my network, but the other speakers connected without issue. The grouping features are available with the speakers, and sound quality is MUCH richer than that of the Google Nest Mini. The bass is not ultra thunderous, but it is a nice rich sound. For the price, I am pleased with the purchase of these Google Nest Audio Smart Speakers, and I would make this purchase again. Thanks.

Perfect replacement for my failed Nest Audio speaker
I was between Amazon's and Google's speaker, I'm glad I went with this. the speaker itself has some weight, but the quality of the music you get is worth it. i put this in my kitchen and it fills the room well. i have a nest hub (2nd Gen) in my living room and they pair up easily. if you are deciding between which speaker to go with, this is awesome for audio.

This is my second Google Nest Speaker. I'm not replacing my first one, just adding a second. I really like the speaker, it's smart capabilities and it was a great price. I searched on-line and found a discounted price at my local Walmart. Only $69.98, reduced from the normal $99.99. So the next time I was near I stopped in and found the speaker on the shelf for $99.99, so I asked the department attendant if I could purchase it at $69.98. He double checked and said that was an online price only and the store could not discount it. So I went home and ordered it from the same store for $69.98 and it was delivered the next morning. It was probably the same one I had held in my hands at the store but It had been unlocked by a person, pulled by a person, transacted by a person, packed by a person, documented by a person, distributed by a person to a third party person, delivered by a third party person, then a person had to pay the third party delivery company, and a person had to pay the deliverer. etc. I'm no retail genius but it seems Walmart could have saved a lot of cost and effort by selling it to me in the store for $69.98.
I purchased the Google Nest speaker to replace an Alexa Show. Big mistake. I already had a Google Home that I loved. The setup of the Google Nest turned out to be a nightmare. It did NOT go well at all. There is no longer a phone number for Google support and online support is a joke. Not only couldn't I setup the Nest speaker, it also screwed up my Google Home. Now my Google Home will no longer connect to my other smart devices which use to work.
Bought this to replace another smart device that was on the fritz. I figured spending more would get more and wow was I wrong! My Nest Mini sounds 100% better (minus the crackling). The Nest Audio seems to be missing midrange and had all that crackling and popping that my Nest Mini had in the past. Don't even bother with Google support I still have several tickets open from last year and their forum is even more lack luster. Returned! Minus 5 Stars!
