Works very well in removing a year-old stain. Used the tips on the internet on spraying onto the stain, use a spoon to work it into the carpet then cover with a old towel and set a heavy object on it. Two or three hours later the stain was gone.
Using Resolve was amazing. I had a very dark area on my carpet in a heavy-track spot. I sprayed the area with Resolve, than watched as some of the lighter spots just disappeared. After being shampooed, the dark area was completely gone.
They advertised the 30-second bottle but I received the 5-minute bottle. Nevertheless, it worked but I would prefer to have what was advertised. My carpet is tan and my grandchildren dropped a black marker. The product did remove a small spot of black ink. Thank you.

I use this not only on my rugs and carpets but it also is great to clean the grout of my tile shower! I discovered that accidentally but it was indeed a "happy accident!"
